I have been visiting Sevierville and Pigeon Forge for 50 years and have taken numerous horse back riding tours. Unfortunatley, this was by far the worst I have ever been on. There was no scenery at all, many of thr horses were distressed, and the moon shine still mentioned in the add didn't exist. It was a disappointment for my Dad and I. It's not worth the money. Go somewhere else!

I had not been on a horse in years and years and doing the horseback riding at Five Oaks brought back a lot of memories. The horses are great as well as the guide. I would encourage everyone to do this activity. The ride through the mountains was awesome.

7 of us went,5 adults and two 5th graders. Horses appeared healthy, facilities were nice. The guide was really nice and attentive to all riders. I rode Diablo, a huge black horse that was fun to ride although he didn’t like going downhill. The ride over all wasn’t super exciting but that’s what trail riding is. It was nice to feel like we had escaped the masses of the parkway for a bit but not have to travel too far.

My friend and I went horseback riding while on vacation. We are not super-experienced riders (at least recently) but I felt overall the experience matched our skill level. We had a brief bit of excitement when our horses startled at something and moved quickly a few paces, but no one fell or got hurt, just got our hearts pumping a bit! Our guide was Mike; he was very fun to have as our guide. Very friendly, enjoyed chatting with him during the experience, and he was very knowledgeable. I would go back and I would recommend.
