Townhomes do not have private pools. Eagle Trace has a community pool for guest use.
Guests of Eagle Trace can also use the community pool at Spectrum Resort Orlando.
Water parks with slides, lazy river, and hot tub are available at the Reunion Resort available to Eagle Trace Resort registered guests.
Golf cart transportation and inter-resort shuttle services are available for resort guests.
Private garage and also private balconies in each home.
All bedrooms are on the second floor, no bedroom is on the first floor. The first floor has a half bathroom.
Minimum age to check in is 21.
