The staff is Excelent become the services is great. The location is near the Disney and 15 min the universal. The breakfast was different every day can to eat, American food, coffee, snack and other amenities. When i come again to Orlando the place will be in the reservation.

I’m writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the continued mishandling of my package deliveries. One day, I was standing by the hotel entrance, actively checking the Amazon app for an incoming delivery. Suddenly, the app showed the package as delivered—but once again, no one contacted my room to notify me. A few seconds later, I was told there would be another $5 charge for receiving the package at the front desk. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering I had a conversation in the morning with a staff member at the front desk. During that conversation, I was assured that if I was in the room and available to receive packages, no charges would apply, and that I would be contacted before the hotel accepted anything on my behalf—only in cases where I was unavailable. Despite that agreement, the same issue occurred again, even while I was visibly present at the hotel entrance (you can review the cameras). I find this unacceptable and a clear sign of poor coordination, if not a disregard for guests’ preferences. This feels more like taking advantage of guests rather than offering a helpful service. Great location it has everything on a driving distance less than 10 minutes supermarkets, restaurant, Old Town, Fun Spot, Disney is 11 minutes away, price is great and a good hot breakfast every day, this is going to be my new economy hotel in Orlando.

Staff and owner were A-plus and "Alex" the concierge was top notch! Clean, friendly and great breakfast. Would highly recommend! Can not believe the affordable price of my stay, the modern room, the cleanliness. Haven't had a stay quite like this one.
