-Unacceptable noise from 4th floor club, even after moving 9 floors higher -Newspaper thin towels -No clock in room -No luggage rack in room -Faulty desk light should have been fixed prior to check in -Dirty uncarpeted flooring -Overpriced breakfast -Provided toiletries of shampoo, conditioner, soap should be regularly checked and refilled - we inconveniently ran empty during a shower -Ridiculously slow elevators -Only good thing about this hotel is helpful front desk staff and the location, but I would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone else

This is a great hotel for location and convenience to sporting events, concerts etc but be aware there is a daily charge of $25 when events are going on..not sure if other hotels do this?!? The restaurant is very good as well as the outdoor bar on the 4th floor. We stayed 3 nights in a family suite and our King bed was comfy as well as the Murphy bed however the pull out sofa mattress and springs were not meant for anyone over 50 lbs..I am hoping that awareness of this now will surely lead to change for future guest. All staff were pleasant and housekeeping staff were very pleasant. We truly enjoyed the beautiful views of the city.

I had a very pleasant stay at Delta Hotel Toronto. The location is excellent, close to Union Station, downtown, and the waterfront. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great view and good amenities. The gym and other facilities were also well-kept and convenient. The only downside was the lack of variety at breakfast, I expected more options for a hotel of this standard.

We stayed 4 nights at the Delta. Our room had amazing views, it was stunning. The room itself was large and very nice. The downsides were the bathroom - it took forever for the shower to heat up and the water pressure was weak. We had access to the lounge, which has nice views, but was a bit crowded always. Still, it's a nice perk if you have status or upgrade. The staff at the hotel was terrific. The location is great. It was a good experience.
