I’ve stayed at this Days Inn multiple times for the night when in the area and its late so my the condition of the hotel was not a major concern (run down, non working elevation, etc). On my last two stays, two female reps acted suspiciously, asking odd questions and showing a change in attitude. I ignored my thoughts but did record the room as I left the room when checking out. After I checked out without incident, later on in the day I received a voicemail from a male accusing me of breaking a window—something I absolutely did not do. He claimed housekeeping had a photo but said no manager was available. I followed up via email for proof—no response. I contacted corporate guest services and still received no follow-up. I also sent a copy of the video as proof via email to no response!!! Yet they KEPT my incidental deposit. After researching, I learned this is not an isolated incident. Travelers: BE AWARE!!!

The front desk was so nice and treated us with respect. I love how peaceful it is at night slept so good. Enjoyed the free coffee and breakfast. Definitely would stay here again. I love how close it is to Knoxberry Farm walk distance also to all the shops and food restaurants.

Much better than we expected. Clean, quiet, convenient. Few places to eat nearby and within walking distance. WIFI was good, too cold to use the pool but it appeared to be clean and well maintained. Recommended if you need to be in that area of town.

Nice option for a small stay in the Anaheim área. Very close to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. Lots of entertainment options and shopping places, from Target to Macy,s, Game Stop, etc. Also is close enough to Los Ángeles and other popular areas.
