I was greeted with water and a smile from the staff. The room was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels, lighting and pillows. Breakfast was wonderful and both Isabel and Fabby made it even more special with their quick service and warm smiles. I would highly recommend this stay!

Charged me $36 for parking on a week day during thanksgiving for 2 nights. Parking lot was almost empty. Charged me $16.15 just because I called for being late to check in I believe because I couldnt get a hold of customer support. They will not forward your call unless you have H reservation number on reciept they know you will throw away :( My friends and I will not be staying there

We really enjoyed this hotel. There rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Fabiola and Ebony served us breakfast at the Bistro on our final day and the service was fantastic, and the food very tasty. The location was close to our family, another plus.

I stay here often and the experience is excellent. First, service is outstanding. Ana is excellent. She is kind, helpful, courteous, and just the best. She always makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is great because it is next to the university. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The cost of the rooms is very reasonable.
