"Be wary of activity behind hotel, do not park in back."

Actually, the 3 stars should have been 5. Desk Staff is excellent, professional and efficient plus friendly. Room itself was better than we expected, appears some upgrades have been completed. The downfall is first- the SERIOUSLY disappointing breakfast. Holy cow- Dried slimy eggs, congealed sausage, and zero bread or any butter in case you had your own bread (which we did). So why have a toaster? Breakfast starts at 6, we were there at 6:20. Almost nothing offered. Asked kitchen attendant about lack of items, reply was sorry thats all we have. That was 3 days in a row. Also- BE AWARE OF THE UNFAVORABLE ACTIVITY BEHIND THE HOTEL facing the airport. Lots of transients sleeping back there, plus evidence of car break ins with even what appeared to be an entire windshield broken out. A guy was changing clothes back there after he went to the bathroom above the back wall- not kidding. Be very wary and park in front between the hotel and the shopping area. People were sleeping against the building right next to the hotel at the Dollar Tree. We realize these are unprecedented tough times, but there is no reason to break into vehicles. Yes, Ukiah is definitely not the best of towns, but we had hoped it had improved. Not coming back.

Fabulous price ($100 per night) for a beautiful, incredibly clean and professional hotel with a fantastic, diabetic friendly large breakfast included! Scrambled eggs, waffles with a Sugar Free syrup even (!), yogurt, fruit, etc. Staff was very well trained and knowledgeable about the area and rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Beds are just the right firm and Concierge was able to fix minor problem with A/C in a polite, professional, courteous way.

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our week long trip through California. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were excellent. The neighborhood was quiet at night and there were multiple nearby restaurants. The free breakfast was good, offering eggs, potatoes, sausage, sweet rolls, yogurt and fresh made waffles. The price was very good for the stay we received. There are many vineyards around in the Russian valley for tasting tours if that interests you.

This is a really nice place. Easy parking, prompt & professional check in, quick elevators, nice, oversized, well appointed, and comfortable rooms! Quiet location. Area has many eating choices, a Walmart, and another supermarket all within walking distance. Great, well stocked breakfast spread. Will stay here again!

Room 104. There is no store on site. The room was nice, big with a couch along with the king-size bed and desk. But the bathroom had no towel racks. There are some complementary toiletries. Only soap, makeup remover. Q tips Nail Emory board. The pool is outside and really warm, but there are no towels near the pool. This hotel has no store. They make you prepay for incidentals that you get back if you don’t use it but they have no store so you would never incur incidentals. I don’t get it. Breakfast good. No peanut butter but but they had biscuits and gravy, fruit, waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon. Really good.
