Tip: Make sure to check to shuttle bus schedule. The buses don’t tan all day and don’t take you to every park or pick you up at every park.

Vacationed here with Family for a week. Overall it was a decent stay.
We had issues with one of the rooms smelling like urine and upon entering the mattresses were flipped against the wall, towels and blankets were unfolded in the middle of the floor and the bathroom wasn't clean. We were told the room was ready but it clearly wasn't so I was confused as to why we were given a key to said room.
We had to wait about 2 hrs for another room to be available, which I understood because it was almost at full capacity at the hotel.
Some of the rooms had alot of black ants in the sink area.
The elevators were fast, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and there was a laundry room to wash our clothes.
The front desk clerks were polite.

Room was clean but the hotel is older. The bathroom was tiny and the tub faucet would not shut off properly so the water ran continuously. Had to get towels from the front desk because they didn’t leave enough after cleaning the room one day.

We paid for 4 nights but only stayed 3. The hotel was clean but the outside and interior are in need of total renovations. Our bathroom had chunks of paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. The AC was so loud we couldn't sleep but it did keep the ro cold. The breakfast was okay but we didn't give it a second go.
