"Great Place, yet horrible prices."

I really love this place, seriously! I love the rides they have, but there is a few complaints in the table. This specific ride called "Bat" is an old ride, and it is uncomfortable. So do your best to avoid it. Also, the prices is out of this world, and Galaxy. It costed me $33 dollars for lunch in pizza pizza. Which was: - 2 Slices of cheese - A water bottle And - One garlic dip. Or to be fair, it was $17 each per slice. Ouch. Just head to a real pizza pizza at this point. $17 is (almost) enough for an XXL Pizza.

"I Asked for Help and Got None. : A Young Guest’s Experience"

Hi… I just wanted to say something because I was really excited to use the Fast Lane Plus pass that my mom bought as part of the Thrill Seeker Bundle. But after they scanned my ticket, no one told me where to go to get it, and I didn’t know what to do. I even asked someone who worked there, but they didn’t help or explain where to pick up the fast lane pass. I’m shy, and it was already kind of overwhelming, so I just thought maybe it wasn’t working or I didn’t get one. Later, my mom reached out to customer service, and they said I should’ve known to go somewhere else based on what was printed on the ticket… but no one told me that, and I didn’t see it. I just wish someone had helped when I asked, because I missed out on using something we paid for. I know I’m just one person, but it really made me sad and kind of embarrassed. I hope no one else has to go through this. My mom was hoping that they might at least let me use the Fast Lane pass on another visit this season — that would’ve been really nice… but they didn’t offer us anything. I felt disappointed and overlooked. I asked for help and got none.

"Disappointing Mother's Day"

Reviewed May 12, 2025 NEW
We have been attending the park since it opened along with our grandchildren over the years. Today's visit was wonderfully nostalgic but the park staff are cetainly NOT as competent as in the past. If our safety depended on understanding the operator's voice directions at each of the rides, we would be in serious jeorpardy. Apart from unintelligble voice cautions, the microphones operated intemittently. Electronic gate locks failed delaying the start of several rides. Failure of safety seat restraints on at least 2 rides prevented the start of the ride. Attendents seemed confused with one another and certainly did not look like welcoming hosts as we recall from the distant past. And don't get me started on the outrageous cost of food!!!!
