Fun place. We had a blast. Zack was awesome!! My son got the toy he wanted so that was a bonus. There were games for the whole family. Would definitely come back!

Fun and lots of games for the whole family to enjoy!!! The soccer game was my youngest kids favorite. Very clean and very friendly people! Zack was very nice, entertaining, and patient with the kids when picking out their prizes...

it was so fun!! i 10/10 recommend stopping here when in pigeon forge gatilnburg! there are so many different things to chose from and i cant be for grateful for this experience with my family. also, SHOUT OUT TO ZACK !!!!

The experience at this arcade was outstanding! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful!! Specifically Zack who works at this arcade went out of his way to help my son and I. He gave recommendations on items and also took his time making sure the experience was a great one! We will certainly be back!
