"Our Redwood Trip Experience!"

Just checked out and wanted to let everyone know what a great stay we had. We are from Maryland and took a family trip to see the Recwoods. The front desk had great info to help us find the best places to enjoy these Majestic trees! They had all kinds of little Places to stop we would have never found! It was like having your own travel agent assist you! We really appreciated it. They also helped us find best restaurants and we rode the famous Skunk Train! Our room Was Clean and comfortable! We also liked the fact it was quiet because it’s located just off the Main road!

"Great Experience, Amazing Staff"

We stayed over the holidays for family gathering at my in laws. We loved that the hotel is OFF the main road, just one turn on a quiet court. The staff was fantastic! Couldnt have been more accommodating of where to eat, what to see... even had preprinted info sheets to assist us! The room was clean, spacious and furniture was updated. Was offered two choices for breakfast - their own continental (which was good) or Lumberjacks with a voucher for discount. We will definitely return!

"Relaxing and Tranquil Inn, Central Location"

Very nice inn in a location that feels much more secluded than it is. It is set back from a street with a McDonalds and Taco Bell, but you don’t feel that way—that close—while there. There is a little creek running behind the inn, which you can see, but not get to. The patio area has beautiful plants and flowers, a pool and jacuzzi, and is a great place to relax and have a bite or eat breakfast in the morning. (Breakfast was decent, but if you like coffee, the small machine coffee in the room was better than the weak coffee at breakfast.) Our room was nice, clean, no issues. I will say that as a tall person, the shower head was at my shoulder level, and I had to bend down to rinse my hair. One big bonus was that they offer a package that includes tickets to the nearby Skunk Train. I wanted to buy them from their site while planning the trip, but there are no refunds and we were driving long distances, so I was hesitant. The hotel offers a package including tickets, and if you cancel your reservation, the entire amount is refundable. This was ideal! Oh! They are strict about smoking—smoking anything—on the premises. They allow smoking in a gazebo at front of property, and will add a charge of $250 to your bill if smoking elsewhere. Not a bad place if you need to smoke something, so not a deal breaker IMO. Overall, I absolutely recommend staying here.

"The Best Choice in Willits!"

I just stayed at the Inn at Baechtel Creek and the staff was delightful, the setting was quiet-off the main road - and the road was large and comfortable and had everything I needed. As a woman business traveler I felt safe, cared for and slept like a baby! Definitely will be back.

Really great place with super friendly staff, we were there with a large group and felt very comfortable and it was great for our family to be able to convene there and reunite after a long time of not seeing one another. I would highly recommend this place. The only complaint keeping it from getting 5 stars is that the shower head was really uncomfortable, it felt like tiny needles were poking you!
