"Poor hotel with lots of issues"

This hotel was disgusting. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are run down, the hallways smell like mold. The pool area was filthy. I messaged the front desk multiple times and stopped at the front desk. No one ever answered my messages or addressed my concerns. The front desk associate took my contact information to have the manager call me. I never heard from the manager. This hotel is not worth $263 per night. We were here for a dance competition and there were so many issues. You can’t have any outside food or drinks in public spaces, people were checked into dirty rooms, rooms without towels and toiletries, remotes with no batteries, and people waited hours after the 4pm check in time to get their rooms. At 9:30 pm on a Friday night, there were still 50 rooms to be cleaned. This is a very poor hotel. I will never return and would not recommend that anyone else return either

"Nice Enough Hotel, Might Stay Again"

Nice hotel, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Some staff seemed disinterested in providing positive interactions with guests. Some rooms require long walks to get to, and elevators aren't available throughout so be ready to possibly carry heavy items up and down stairs.

"Poor Customer Service for Higher End Hotel"

I left several messages about my reservation on the voicemail and with hotel staff to have a manager call me back. By the time I was called back the problem couldn't be resolved to what I was requesting. Manager could've done more I am sure for us at that point but didn't and I had to ask for something to be done. I have been coming to this hotel now for the past 4 years for Dance competitions and I love staying at your hotel. But there are loads of other options MUCH cheaper in walking distance. This was the 1st bad experience I have had & when returning next time, I will second guess staying at the Wyndham unfortunately. I could save much more money at another great local hotel with complimentary breakfast for hundred dollars less. Most of the dance team stayed at other hotels and I was telling everyone to stay at Wyndham it is wonderful. I won't be saying that next time unfortunately.

Beautiful hotel with amazing and friendly staff. Our dance studio competition team and family members have spent the last two weekends here and we loved it. Amazing connected theater, lots of meeting and banquet rooms, pools, gym, arcades, everything! Well be back! The Dance Company Family!

I attended a large event at this property. The hotel was completely under-staffed and the overall service suffered greatly. The hotel has serviced this event for many years so it was well familiar with what was needed to staff it to ensure adequate service.
