"Nothing Better for 12 and Under"

I have been taking my children and grandchildren to this park for 50 years non stop. It is a perfect alternative to the big theme parks. Every ride is safe and fun and geared to a young age group….from about 2 or 3 up. Shows are good. Great characters. Everything is walkable. 12 years old is probably the limit, but my teenagers love taking the kids on rides. A great vacation with hotels and food within easy walking distance.

"Not worth the price!"

I would not waste my time or money going here again. First off, $22 to park? For what? $22 to park is INSANE. Then the line to get in, 2 lines, one stroller and one non, each just as long, 2 people working each line, not enough. Get inside, some rides not open, when 3 of 30 rides are not open, that’s sad. Overall the place appears dirty and rundown. Go to buy any food item, 2 slushies $28, where the attendant asks how many and hands you cups to fill yourself, first question on the screen is a tip?, ummm no, and she was rude. I will NOT be back, overall the park is disappointing and way overpriced, for less money and a better park it’s Knobels for the win!

"Great rides…greasy fries"

DW is definitely worth a visit. Employees are very friendly, park is exceptionally clean, lines very manageable and great selection of rides for kids. Keep in mind park is totally cashless and midway games are expensive and a ripoff for what you get (prizes). Food as in most parks is expensive and the food we had chicken fingers and fries were meh. Chicken good fries were a bucket of undercooked greasy potatoes. Yet the Potato Patch gets good reviews? Don’t let this from stopping you from visit this park.

"Perfect for young children!"

This is a great park for families and young children! My two year old son had a wonderful time on the rides, seeing the shows and visiting the waterpark. We arrived right at park opening and hardly any wait all day for rides. Park tickets were super affordable, parking is around $20-$25 and the food inside the park was your average food park pricing. We brought a small cooler of drinks and snacks to hold our toddler over to avoid overspending on too much junk. Overall, it’s a great day for kids and worth the trip!

"Should be called a kingdom for families "

I was pleasantly surprised at how many family rides are available. Definitely should be considered a family park rather than a kids park. The Monorail provides excellent views of the park and parking lot while the Sky Ride goes right over the center of the park. Gondola Cruise provides a relaxing ride around Exploration Island while Dragon's Lair takes you around a lake and a small tunnel, definitely two unique experiences. Kingdom Coaster is more forceful than it looks. The Wonder House gives the illusion you're flipping upside down, definitely an interesting experience. Prehistoric Path is definitely aimed at children.
