"Perfect for young children!"

This is a great park for families and young children! My two year old son had a wonderful time on the rides, seeing the shows and visiting the waterpark. We arrived right at park opening and hardly any wait all day for rides. Park tickets were super affordable, parking is around $20-$25 and the food inside the park was your average food park pricing. We brought a small cooler of drinks and snacks to hold our toddler over to avoid overspending on too much junk. Overall, it’s a great day for kids and worth the trip!

"Should be called a kingdom for families "

I was pleasantly surprised at how many family rides are available. Definitely should be considered a family park rather than a kids park. The Monorail provides excellent views of the park and parking lot while the Sky Ride goes right over the center of the park. Gondola Cruise provides a relaxing ride around Exploration Island while Dragon's Lair takes you around a lake and a small tunnel, definitely two unique experiences. Kingdom Coaster is more forceful than it looks. The Wonder House gives the illusion you're flipping upside down, definitely an interesting experience. Prehistoric Path is definitely aimed at children.

"Terrible customer service, not worth the price"

I'll start off with the positives: The lines were a reasonable length, the staff was pleasant, and my two granddaughters, 9-1/2 and 2 years old, had a great time. But the dive shows and the train were not running, the park looked worn and not beautifully landscaped as in years/decades past, empty areas where attractions used to be, the food quality was not good, and most frustrating was the prices. $22 to park?? I purchased tickets online at the 39.99 Pick A Day price. Didn't go through. Called and was told it was probably flagged as a fraudulent purchase, which is absurd as I've been using the same computer and credit card for decades. Tried again. Didn't go through. The third time, it did go through, but the ticket price had increased by $2/ticket!! Called and asked for the difference to be refunded to me ($8 plus tax) and was told "there's nothing we can do." Uh, YES, there IS! Refund me the difference that you owe me due to your system's error! Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. Probably won't be back. So unfortunate.

"This park used to be better. "

I took my kids here when they were younger, and the feel of the park has changed over the years. Let's start with the fact that they now serve beer, which I think is very odd at a park that is for young children, but to each their own. But you know what you can't find at this park? An energy drink of any sort! I was also not impressed with the staff who told my 2 year old grandson to get off of a ride, unbuckled his seat belt and held the gate open telling him to get off the ride before it even started. This staff member did not even make sure that this child had a family member nearby!!! Utterly disappointed!

I’m only going to point out things others don’t mention often- lets talk a out the all day meal plan that is used on one single day of your choice. We paid $44.99 plus tax -for one- all day meal plan. This option is unnecessary (unless you’re going to eat 4x/ every 90 minutes AND fans of junk food). I say this because the entire park only offers venues with chicken tenders/boneless wings, hamburgers, pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, & a pizza buffet( buffet not included in the meal plan). If your were to dine in park without the meal plan;Chicken tenders and fries are $13.99, side mac n cheese is $4.99 and $4.99 for the fountain beverage. That’s typically enough to satisfy most ppl until you’re leaving, and that totals around $24. The hot dog costs even less- $8.99 for a cheese dog. Ice cream( which is not included) costs around $4.99. Do the math a figure how hungry you are before you go buying the all day meal plan. Another mention is that when you buy daily admission you are entitled to a preview evening. This allows you to enter the park 3 hours prior to close- an excellent option! No matter what age child you are going with- one day in this park(assuming from open to close) is enough time to get on all the rides. The water park is for very small/young children only. Staffing is clearly an issue. Some employees trained differently (ie: we were allowed to bring a fanny pack on the ride one day; then told not to the next day) A few of the rides we came back for from 2021 were removed from the park- that was disappointing. Also, 3 rides were not in service (train, twister& balloons). Overall, its not too clean(especially in the food establishments) a lot of crying children around, but a good number of unique attractions with non- limiting height requirements and a laid back atmosphere. Mid-week in July lines were 39 minutes or less.
