All rooms are pet-friendly. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at no extra cost.
  • Parking: Self-parking and valet parking are available. Self-parking is $36 per day plus applicable tax, valet parking is $42 per day plus applicable tax. Fees are will be collected at time of arrival.

The decor in the lobby is stunning. I wish I could order one of the fabulous light fixtures or artwork from the lobby. Unfortunately the same level of decor and quality doesn’t carry over to the guest rooms. I’d recommend staying for 1-2 nights, but not as a family as there are no laundry services available on the hotel side of the property. The pools are fabulous and offer a great lazy river. Very few families were seen during our trip. Lots of convention attendees.

We had an amazing experience at DeeBlu Bay, and Aaron made it even better. He was one of our favorite servers. He never stopped smiling and made us feel welcome from start to finish. His service was attentive, fast, and thoughtful without being overwhelming. We enjoyed our time so much that we came back again just because of him. If you visit, ask for Aaron. He will take great care of you.

Heather, Sandy, Deb and Claudia were amazing. Such a blessing to us and the service was incredible. Made us feel right at home. My daughter was crying because the buffet just closed as we walked up.
