Wyndham Garden Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area in Williamsburg, VA

Over the last year, I have stayed at Wyndham Garden at least 5 times. I have had many schedule changes, and the staff has always accommodated my needs. The pricing is reasonable for the area, and the size is worth what you pay for. I am a professional traveler. I have stayed in some facilities for over a year, and if business required it, I could easily stay there long-term. My only issue is with some of the fit and finish. I think they did a remodel before I initially started staying there, and there are some areas where the contractor could have done better. Most recently, the toilet seat was misaligned. It didn't affect the functionality, but it was off and sort of funny. The bathrooms are pretty nice here. I love the heated mirror. The shower is very large, but no area to hold your soap or other items. I didn't like the linens. They felt a bit rough for me. Had I planned a longer stay, I would have brought my own from home. There is a good-sized refrigerator, but no in-room microwave. Again, had I planned a longer stay, I would have gone to Best Buy or Goodwill and purchased one, then given it to Goodwill on my departure. The staff was always great. They made sure I had an iron for each stay, and once a member lent me his lighter so I could enjoy a cigar in the gazebo. Breakfast is good, always hot and nicely prepared. The best thing, other than the staff, is that it has always been quiet. I like to sleep in when I can, and after a cross-country flight, it is nice to feel like I can relax until 11 or 12. Yes, I hear the staff doing their jobs, but it's not intrusive. I like it there. ALL the staff were always helpful. If my travels bring me back to Williamsburg, this will be my first option.

No complaints. The room and hotel was very clean and accommodating. The price was very good and it was near all the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was quite good.

Never disappointed in this hotel. I stay frequently and, as a nurse, am picky about cleanliness. The shower water is hot, hot, hot. Beds and pillows are good quality making for great sleep. Towels are soft. Front desk staff is friendly, helpful and professional. This is the best place for the money in all of Williamsburg.

The staff was friendly. It was ok. We stayed there for the Christmas Time in Bush Garden. There’s no shuttle to the park from the hotel which is a shame since it’s so close. The breakfast was only cereal on Thursday. Looks like hot breakfast is only on weekends. The outlet next to the bed were broken. The machines in the gym, also broken. Won’t go back and I don’t recommend staying there.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
