We had a wonderful week at The Waldorf Astoria Orlando. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone you will not be disappointed. We were there for a Disney World trip. This Hotel is Stunning and 5 Star Luxury at its best. We would like to say a huge thank you to Joseph Wallace who went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and our stay was met with all our needs . The Hotel is elegant and absolutely spotless. The pool is beautiful and there were always staff around, handing out something whether it be iced water or frozen fruit to cool you down in the hot sun. The hotel provides access to the adjacent Signia by Hilton which was great to be able to use the lazy river there too. We were upgraded to a Suite which was luxurious which was spacious, had spectacular views and gave our boys some privacy. The beds are so comfortable with the bed linen and pillows of luxury quality. The service provided by all members of staff is superb, nothing is too much trouble for the employees at this hotel, they will go above and beyond to ensure their guests receive the best treatment .There are so many Staff we would like to thank, the girls in the shop who made me a coffee everyday, so kind and friendly. The housekeeping who kept our room in pristine condition. The boys on the door were so friendly and welcoming and the staff at the front desk always helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was a great location for Disney and the transportation is very reliable. It was so nice after busy days at the Parks to come back to a nice relaxing atmosphere and the turn down service is much appreciated. We will definitely be returning next year. Service review As a diamond status guest, this has been a sub par service experience. This hotel is with in the Disney World Complex, you would assume a guest checking in with family would warrant the question of if they can help you locate shuttles, maps and basic information. There was not even a warm welcome. I’ve had to figure it out a long the way. There is a place to locate shuttle times, but know because they will not tell you that you will make a tour de all of the parks before you are returned to your resort. At the end of a long park day I ended up taking an hour long bus ride back to the hotel. Bus does not drop premium Waldorf guests first. You will also stop at the Hilton first. Cashiers at the coffee shop near the lobby and also not helpful. Shout out to the valet crew, who are quick to hold a door and welcome you back. This property is in need of service training, this is not Waldorf and certainly not Disney standards.

I had an excellent dining experience at Oscar’s. Mariana and MJ were able to accommodate my request and secured an appropriate table for a business breakfast on a crowded day. Diana was an outstanding server, demonstrating excellent touch in waiting on a table conducting business. Her timing and touch were perfect.

My family and I had an incredible stay, with two little ones ages 4 and 2, the hospitality is what matters most. The staff is incredible friendly, the facilities and rooms are fantastic, we will definitely be back. Tracy in Concierge is fabulous, Tyler at the pool bar/pool deck is the best, all around great stay. The Disney suite with balcony was excellent for viewing the fireworks each night and great with two kids having their own space. Our last stay at a Waldorf was in Rome and this certainly lived up to the reputation, can’t wait to visit again soon.
