"They will get you"

So I guess you could say. I drove the car like it was a super car. Like it so called and asked if I could get the car for another day. The lady on the phone ask me to hold on. Well the owner got on and said hey you got to chill out on the way your driving. Now let me say this I was driving it like I would if I owned it and it's a super car. So I was at the rack in Las Vegas because I wanted to drive a Ferrari. Well when I left the track. Going down the highway coming in to vegas. The parking brake light came on. So I pulled over and called them. He said drive it to me so I can shut it off. We I get there and the owner had already charged my card for the second day.. mind you I rented the car at 430 pm. So I was like well that weird they charged my card I look at my phone it's like 420. He comes out to look at the car he gets in it and I not sure what he did but the the car revived up but didn't move I told him to put on his seat belt so he did. He pushed the gas the car went forward. He then drove it in to the back of the shop 20 min later he come out saying I broke the car by the way I was driving. Funny because in the video of his wife telling me about the car she tells me to be careful with the parking brake it's broke waiting on the dealership to send me the new part. We if you know cars you know that luxury cars are not built the best. So they got there car back before the 24 hours I rented it and charged me almost $600 for the alerts they got about my driving and changed me another day $1499.00 . When I call him on the second charge he said well the car down so you have to pay for that. So at this time because when I rented the car I got no contact from them they didn't email me one. I ask them to send me a copy and have got anything. Mind you I payed for the insurance on it. Bottom line is they have exotic cars but it road like a tank suspension was f***** up the brake system had issues and they blamed it on my driving. They will find a way to get you every since I sent the video of his wife telling me to be careful that the parking brake is broken and she was waiting on the new part from McLaren. To them they have ghosted me. Surprise surprise. Take it as you want. Every dog has its day.

"No car all upsell. No birthday present."
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed July 20, 2025
I reserved my McLaren GT on July 8th 2025 and paid in full. I received emails and texts reminding me of my rental on July 16th 2025. This rental was a birthday present to my son who loves cars. On July 16th we go to pick up the car. At first they cant find my reservation but she quickly found it. She said oh this is weird. Sir we don't even have that car here. I said we'll I reserved it and you sent several reminders confirming the date, time and car. At this point she starts upselling me on all the cars that they have. All are at least double the price I paid for the original car. I told her I am not paying any more money. She said ok I will start the refund process with our finance department. She confirmed my name, email address and phone number. Then she said our finance team will contact you in 2 or 3 hours to start the return process. I still have not heard from them.
