Almost perfect. We just had issues with our room. We were offered an upgrade to prestige in the lobby that assured us a better room. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned and for the price of the upgrade I felt the room should have been perfect. The safe was locked and broken there were nail clippings in the shower, parts of the floor were not cleaned and someone’s rubber bands with hair in it were left on the vanity as well as the fridge not being stocked. So just some poor execution there. Other than that the staff and the property were great.

"Not worth the $$$$$"

This was the WORST hotel stay in our life!  The bed in the main bedroom was excessively creaky and showed signs of being well worn.  The living room TWIN pull out bed was far too small for adult use and the bars were felt through the extremely thin old mattress. We had to ask for blankets and extra pillows to give extra padding to the living room pull out bed to make it as soft as possible for sleeping. There were not enough towels for three adults causing repeated calls from room service.  The mini fridge had to be checked on March 14 as we were walking into the room. We were told that the last hotel guest mini fridge use had not yet been checked and it had to be done NOW that we were in the room due to nobody checking it before we checked in. Why are you checking NOW when we have already checked in???Then upon check out WE were charged for the missing items that were found on March 14 from the earlier guests. Additionally, we needed mobility assistance and were unable to get the help we needed. It was a mobility disaster, the hotel staff were unable to assist throughout our stay.  ADA options not seen nearly enough such as during ingress and egress and areas to sit and rest. Our family member had to stop and rest due to her mobility issues several times. We were told that we should have brought our own mobility device and that the hotel could not assist. Many employees gave incorrect information/guidance when asked about navigating our way to such places as the closest ADA parking area, shortest distance to front door, elevators to parking area, EV parking location, etc. Again, with mobility issues we needed the right answer the first time and repeatedly did not get it. We called the concierge, spoke with the front desk, and guest services with all of these repeated attempts to get guidance going nowhere! Never again will we stay here.

"A complete lack of attention to guests' needs"

We stayed here in 2012 and only have good memories of the customer service and functionality of the room. Unfortunately, our recent stay was quite disappointing. Last night, I needed some items from the pharmacy and had them delivered to the front desk. Instead of accepting the package or notifying me, they simply left it on a counter, leaving me to track it down myself. A simple call or text would have made all the difference. The in-room fridge is completely stocked with alcohol, leaving no space for personal items. When I inquired about options, I was told I could either rent an additional fridge for $40 or pay $115 to have the existing one emptied. This feels excessive. Our friends, who had rented a party suite for a birthday, were surprised to find that an HDMI cable wasn’t provided to show a birthday video. Even worse, they were told to go out and buy one themselves. Overall, there seems to be a complete lack of attention to guests' needs. An $80-per-night Marriott will ensure deliveries make it to guests, provide a fridge for leftovers, and—perhaps most importantly —offer a way to make coffee in the room. Here, none of that was the case. For a hotel that clearly invested heavily in marble, it would have been better to spend that money on customer service and basic functionality. This was likely our last stay.

"Beautiful rooms with no amenities"

The hotel at first glance was amazing. Our suite was large and clean. Staff and security were very friendly. But then when you begin your stay, you realize this is not the case. The towels are worn - thin and scratchy- not absorbent or plush. They give you very few so you will need to hunt down housekeeping for more. No slippers in the rooms but you did get 2 worn out bathrobes- not plush because so worn out. 1 small moisturizer is all we had to use. No turn down service at all either. These are basic things you expect at a fine resort. Not sure what the large resort fee covered. The pool towels are so small and thin(not absorbent) that I needed to take 3. 1 had a large hole.
