Are Visits Guided?

Visits to New Jersey SEA LIFE Aquarium are not guided. The typical visit takes 1-2 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.

Can I Bring My Own Food And Drink?

We do not allow outside food or beverage unless caring for babies or food allergies in children.

Is New Jersey SEA LIFE Aquarium Suitable For Visitors With Disabilities / Wheelchair Users?

Yes, we are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users. We do not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals at our attraction.

How Do We Ensure Guest Safety And Well-Being In Our Attraction?

• SEA LIFE New Jersey is taking all possible steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, staff and creatures as needed, and are following the local safety regulations in place. This includes limiting capacity, requiring face coverings for staff, and ensuring social distancing through various signage and monitoring staff.
• Face masks are recommended. 
• Enhanced cleaning measures will also be implemented throughout the day to clean and sanitize the aquarium including high-frequency touch points and play areas
  

Why Do I Need To Book A Date And Time For My Visit?

After booking your ticket you will then need to reserve a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry into the attraction, and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like!

My Time Is In 7 Minutes And There Is A Small (Or No) Line, Why Can't We Enter Yet?

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in SEA LIFE at one time. There are 30 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction.  This creates a better experience for all our guests!

Why Are We Reserving A Time If There Is Still A Line To Get In?

During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter SEA LIFE.

What If We Are Late For Our Reserved Time?

Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.
