Brian did a great job of showing us parts of the city we were unfamiliar with and providing interesting information - both historical and current. He was very personable, and he even recommended a Chinese restaurant we ended up going to for dinner and thought was fantastic! I've been on a couple of Segway tours (which are no longer offered) with his company in the past, and those were great too!
