Having read some of the reviews I was a little worried that the hotel would not be very nice however I can honestly say it was fine. It's not the most modern hotel and probably needs a lick of paint but the rooms were spacious and the place was nice and clean it was close to everything and you felt safe. The staff were all very nice and I would definitely stay here again. Shout out to the lady who looked after our bags on our last day, she was so nice. Thanks again and please if you read this review take note and book here with confidence as we had a very enjoyable stay Regards Steve and Louis

This will be an honest review so people can read and know exactly what to expect. We stayed here in Feb for 12 nights. We were greeted by Simon who was on the security gate,such a warm friendly welcome which should be mentioned to him as he is your first impression of the hotel and he is a gem. We got the room we wanted after emailing around a month before to say what floor we wanted etc. The room was clean and comfortable we was on the 9th floor and this was quiet and had a nice view. The bed was a super king, and comfortable and all sheets and pillows were clean and had protective covers on them. The coffee maker was great and the TV worked great. The cleaners were friendly and cleaned the room whenever you wanted. The bathroom is a little small,but you do not spend that much time in the bathroom and it has a great powerful shower and hot water, so we had no complaints. There is a small shop but still you could get all that you needed, the staff here were super friendly too so shout out to Florence who was lovely. Check in was smooth and again we were made to feel really welcome and valued. This hotel is a budget hotel but it goes above and beyond this is our second time staying here and I would choose this again. Nothing was too much trouble so they need to be thanked and told well done by management. Everybody in this hotel was friendly from check in staff, restaurant staff and security. The pool was clean and adequate, sunbeds were clean and comfortable. Would i come back again yes without hesitation. No resort or parking fees. Lovely stay that was comfortable with a bar and games room too and 24 hr security. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Karen and NIck

Filthy hotel doge the spit on the stairs years of dust on the wardrobes Manager and a lot of the staff a disgrace cover up complaints by any means. Watch out for the clown Angie.Avoid worst hotel I have ever visited the head office did admit to all thier faults but needed a chance to improve.

We stayed for 10 nights here, it is a budget hotel and the price reflects that. Good location from airport, near to I4, restaurants in good distance. Parking felt secure with security on front gate. The room was clean, new towels everyday and the beds were good. Yes the hotel and rooms could do with an update, but we were coming to Orlando to do stuff, not spend time at the hotel. The only negative was when we checked in the staff member was not friendly and didn't explain much(we had some complimentary breakfasts that she didn't mention). Also the air conditioning unit is very noisy, especially at night Overall ok if visiting on a budget

The only good thiing about this hotel is the location because you are close to everything. Manny at check in was excellent very well manered and polite. The cleaning staff including the manager horrible. I called to get my sheets changed and because I had dogs in the room the cleaning stuff refused and not politely to come in. Even though I locked the dogs in the bathroom they made me leave for 30 minutes ​with the dogs to bring new sheets to the bed room. Also and not least they have roaches . I complained about it and they didn't have any rooms available so I had to stay the four nights in the same room which on several occasions I saw roaches . I would not recommend .
