River Place Inn offers a complimentary "Grab & Go" breakfast including all prepackaged items such as muffins, cereals, yogurt, granola bars, juices, milk, coffee, and tea.

This Smoky Mountains area hotel is located on River Road, less than half a mile to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Cade's Cove is approximately two miles away and Ober Gatlinburg is within walking distance (0.1 mile). "Very good place to stay"

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The location is in walking distance of things. The rooms are very clean, nice, & affordable. I would stay here again due to it being affordable and worth it.

Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was accommodating beyond the call. Everything was exceptional except one thing. It was pet friendly but it cost 40$ per night plus a 250$ refundable deposit. That was a little steep in my thinking. Outside of that it was great.

A nice, smaller motel with a friendly staff. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds. This is a great location for walking, and there is a trolley stop out front if you prefer not to walk or drive.
