The hotel from the front and the lobby was average for the area. We stayed in a 2 bed suite. There were supposed to be 2 queen beds. However the beds were more like double beds. My parents had to sleep on each bed separately. One bed was about 5 inches higher than the other. I slept on the couch which was tolerable. We had 2 microwaves in the room. One above the stove and one on top of the refrigerator. The one above the stove "worked" but never got hot. We had to get an employee to plug the one in that was on the refrigerator because you had to move the refrigerator to do so. They say they will clean the room on the 3rd day of your stay. We had to ask for trash to be removed on day 3. They came in and changed one of the 2 trash cans, leaving another one overflowing. We finally got fresh towels and wash clothes the night before we left. The door going onto the balcony was hard to close and keep closed. I don't think we will stay here again or recommend it. The front desk staff was very nice however.

The hotel was wonderful. The stay was great. The room was so clean. The employees were awesome. I would suggest to stay at this hotel anytime this is my new go to when I go to PC.
