Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud is a rip-roaring, high-energy, family-fun experience for both the young and the young at heart! The two world-class Lumberjack Families, McGraws and Dawsons, are the center of attention as they compete in over a dozen high-flying sporting competitions including Tree climbing, chopping, sawing, ax throwing, log rolling, and more!

Become part of the experience as you join in on the competitive spirit, cheering for the Dawson or McGraw lumberjack family. Children are invited to try their hand at cross-cutting with a lumberjack during the show’s intermission.

Located at Lumberjack Square with the Smoky Mountains as the backdrop, watch comfortably in the 350-person open-air, covered canopy seating equipped with all the climate-controlled features that keep guests cool in the summer and toasty in the cooler times. The show operates rain or shine.

‘Tis the season to YO HO at Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud Christmas Show! Jack up your holiday spirit in the woodsy, backyard decked-out halls and sing along to original tunes of the season inspired by the folklore of the forest. Enjoy holiday twists on over a dozen sporting competitions including speed climbing, sawing, log rolling, and more. Sip on hot chocolate, unwrap your inner flannel, and cheer the Dawsons and McGraws on to see which family will spend Christmas at Santa’s favorite logging camp in the Smokies. The price was less than the inside Lumberjack Feud. That said, I really missed the dogs. That was one of my favorite parts of the inside show. It was just okay for us. They made it as fun as they could have, I suppose. It was just very different from the inside show we had seen a couple times. There looked to be a lot of other stuff to do right around where the show is located.

No, the Lumberjack Feud is technically not a dinner show. However, you are allowed to bring food with you to eat while you enjoy the show. Several restaurants including Smoky Mountain Brewery, Calhoun's, and Five Guys Burgers are located nearby.

How long is the Lumberjack Feud Show?

The show runs approximately 90 minutes.

Is the theater wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the facilities are fully accessible for individuals with special needs. If any members of your party have a wheelchair or other special needs, please make note of this when making your reservation so we may accommodate you.

Do I have to participate in the show?

No. Audience participation is voluntary.

Is this show appropriate for children?

Absolutely. Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud is designed to entertain audiences of all ages.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my toddler?

Children ages 2 and under may sit on the lap of an adult during the performance. A limit of 1 lap child per paid adult applies.

What happens if it rains?

The outdoor venue provides coverage from the rain allowing the show to still go on, whether it's sunny, raining, or snowing. Shows will only be canceled in the case of severe weather which is deemed dangerous for the crowd or lumberjacks.

Does the theater offer parking?

Yes, there is ample free parking. Handicapped parking is available on a first come first served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot close to the venue.

Are visitors allowed to meet and greet the lumberjacks?

Yes, audience members may meet the lumberjacks after the show.

Are cameras, audio or video recording allowed?

Cameras are allowed during the performance, but video is strictly prohibited.
