The hotel is located within a 15–30 minute drive of just about everything. Our travels included Dollywood, Gatlinburg, the Arts & Crafts Trail, Sevierville, and many of the restaurants that are popular with both locals and tourists. This area is pretty walkable for most people if you do not want to fight the traffic to see some of the attractions. The rooms were very clean, and I especially loved that there was no carpet! We had a two bed room that faced the pool and it was very spacious . The bar is open until about 9 PM, and the bartenders were all very pleasant. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel because we chose to get out early each morning to explore the area and eat elsewhere. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but just be aware that many places in Pigeon Forge tend to close between about 8:30 and 10:00 PM. Gatlinburg stays open much later. We didn’t use the pool, but there were always people out there enjoying it. The workout room included treadmills, a bench, dumbbells, medicine balls, and a cable machine. There was also plenty of parking available in the front,back, and sides of the property. I would definitely stay here again

We picked the hotel mostly due to the Hilton brand, but regardless it was perfect for us. Great location, easy access. Plenty of free parking. Nice staff. Very clean!! Rooms were comfortable and hvac was not loud. Paid breakfast was unexpected but reasonable price and quick good. Two pools and a hot tub. They had just opened the outdoor pool for the season but it was popular with the kids. We may go back to this hotel on our next visit based on our experience.

My husband and I stayed here through the snow storm, and had the pleasure of meeting one of the maintenance men, Thomas. He was shoveling the ice and snow and keeping the walking paths clear. He was very polite, professional, and such a hard worker. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Pigeon Forge, TN!

We stayed at the hotel for Christmas. We were there 12/24-12/27. No house keeping the entire duration we were there. I get it, it’s a holiday however zero nothing. We took out our own trash, got our own towels. There was dog crap in the hallway. And while we were there, they attempted to overbook our room. We got back Thursday from an event, our keys wouldn’t work and at the desk is our room # that said “welcome Martinez family” all of our stuff was still there and we had no way to access it. The staff were less than helpful, often confused and each staff member had a different answer. No one could give an explanation about our room. We finally got back in and were done. We left a day early and still trying to get a refund out of this! We were told yes you can get a refund. Will I stay here again? No

Overall good stay. Hotel was clean, the staff at the kitchen was very friendly, as was housekeeping, front desk not so much. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub every evening during our stay, kids loved sitting in hot tub during the snow flurries. Hotel was convenient to restaurants and everything we wanted to visit in the area, and easy to get in and out of as it is on a less busy street. Would definitely stay here again.
