"Very nice condo resort"

Lovely resort. It was a very relaxing vacation. We had an ocean view condo and enjoyed seeing the surf and hearing the waves over coffee every morning from our balcony. The beach is beautiful although swimming in the surf is not recommended because of cross currents. We walked the beach most days, the sand is soft and views wonderful especially at sunrise and sunset. Swimming in the pool is great. The staff is very nice. On property is a great restaurant, Oasis on the Beach. Our condo had an issue with the wifi, as the bedroom TV would not connect no matter what we tried. Condo was clean and well appointed. The coffee they left us was delicious and we bought more in the office. We didn't cook in our condo but we did buy breakfast foods to refrigerate. and eat during our stay. They're billing system is wonky as I had to call them a couple of times to get our bill correct, but they took care of it. I recommend that you get a printout of your bill when you check out. The location in Kapaa is great, short drive to many sights, activities, airport and midway between north shore and south shore which we visited. We'd definitely stay again. Kauai was so much more enjoyable and less crowded than our visit to Oahu.

"First family trip was AMAZING!"

My Family and I stayed in the H building for 7 days and had an incredible trip. Property was clean, colorful and came as advertised. My son absolutely loved the pool and the slides, I will admit, I did too. We always were able to find seating around the pool and the staff was very friendly. Parking was also great at the property, always available. Oasis was a good meal. The drinks and apps were ok but the entree and desserts were great! The drinks by the pool were amazing. The rooms were well stocked and everything was functioning as it should. A/C was nice and cold. I would absolutely return to this property and recommend for anyone family or couples to stay here.

"They allow employees and whoever they know to use the pool/favilities"

The pool becomes over run with employees and random locals. I watched a very large family greet all of the pool workers and then get wrist bands from their friends (greeted by name and stated they’d be working the next day). We paid a lot of money to have this great pool and it was ruined by the employees and their huge families - they would sit right in front of our chairs trying to be rude- it’s not a secret that locals hate tourists.

We were in B404 for a week. I enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pool. The pool area is beautiful by the way, many water features and lovely plantings. The only problem we had with the condo is that building B has no elevator, you have to walk to the other end of C, go up, walk through the entire hallway of C, across to B, and down that hall. I am challenged walking but there was no mention of this before renting. There should be. The unit was nice, but no extras like toys or beach chairs that some mention. Safeway is across the street, as well as good shave ice and sushi. All in all it was a very pleasant week.
