Family-friendly and offering a spa, bike rentals, and luaus, the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa at Keauhou Bay makes for a sweet retreat for all guests. The three-story resort features 519 rooms with private balconies or patios, pillowtop bedding, mini-fridges, coffeemakers, dual-voltage adapters, LED TVs, and WiFi.

Enjoy an anytime lagoon-style pool facing the Pacific with a waterslide and sun loungers, a hot tub, and a children's area. Additional activities include volleyball, tennis, basketball, a fitness center, a game room, and bike rentals. Make sure to fit in some pampering time at Ho'ola Spa. There are three on-site eating and drinks spots including a Hawaiian restaurant with live entertainment, a traditional luau spot, and a poolside bar.

The Outrigger Resort and Spa provides a Pacific Ocean location, seven miles south of central Kailua Kona and a two-mile jaunt from Kahalu'u Beach Park. Golfers find the entrance to Kona Country Club four minutes away. Guests are also adjacent to the Ho'oula Community Farmers' Market & Artisans Fair. Kona International Airport is 15 miles from the hotel.

Parking: Self parking is $30 + tax per night and valet parking is $40 + tax per night.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The pet fee is $125 per pet per stay ($75 for Kama'aina, excluding ADA service dogs with valid ID). Sally and The team at Outrigger was incredible! Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the process in detail. Their commitment to ensuring I was satisfied throughout did an amazing job with my stay and service here at the Outrigger Kona. Sally was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property to all My friends and family for their stays here in Kona.

Another amazing week on the grounds of the outrigger resort . Lounging by the pool was by far my favorite, plenty of space, great food and drinks. The weather was perfect so we ventured out to some local beaches. After a long day of exploring it was great to get back to our clean and comfortable room. The balcony had a spectacular ocean view and was my favorite place to drink my morning coffee. The friendly staff greeted us everywhere we went and were very helpful. I highly recommend this place especially after they open the new Dukes restaurant.

Had an amazing time with the outrigger! Me and my fiancé got engaged on this trip and it was perfect. Super friendly and accommodating staff and a great room. There was towel swans on the bed when we walked in!! We upgraded to voyager club lounge which was 100% worth it. Highlight of this trip besides the engagement was the barista working at Piko, Faith. So amazingly sweet with great customer service and knowledge about the coffee and menu items at the café.
