We had a great stay! There was a indoor pool and hot tub, a nice continental breakfast and everyone was a delight. Great customer service, rooms were nice a little outdated and the room had a old smell not bad I just cracked the balcony door and it was gone! I will be going back.

Tip: It is right on the strip in pigeon forge so there is a ton of traffic expect delays and long waits.

Price was pretty great. Not to far from Gatlinburg. They even have a indoor pool. Pretty clean but did see a pair of dirty socks in between the refrigerator.

Tip: Indoor Pool and alot of things to do around the Motel

We've stayed at Norma Dan several times over the years and always enjoy the clean rooms and friendly service.

Tip: If you want a non smoking room be sure to make your reservations early.

We absolutely loved our visit. The room was clean, our housekeeper was polite and very friendly. We felt very welcomed at check in. The location was great. We will stay again. Thank you staff of Norma Dan Motel for making us feel welcomed.

Stayed for a week, at the Norma Dan, rooms are aged as being a older motel. Staff was great, helpful, the Continental Breakfast could really use update in what it offers..
