Are masks required for Nickelodeon Universe?

It is recommended that all guests continue to wear face coverings while visiting American Dream. Pursuant to State guidelines, face coverings are no longer required for individuals who are fully vaccinated while visiting American Dream. Individuals that are not fully vaccinated should continue to wear a face covering and practice social distancing (remain six feet apart) while visiting.

How will Nickelodeon Universe be cleaned during the day?

Furniture, ride units, handrails, seating, tables, chairs, and other high-touch surfaces have enhanced cleaning with increased frequency.

May I leave and re-enter the park without a charge?

Do I need a pass if I’m not riding any rides?

All guests that enter Nickelodeon Universe need to have a ticket including chaperones and parents that are accompanying guests.

Are there height requirements or age requirements for rides at Nickelodeon Universe?

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a supervising companion. All rides have posted age and height requirements at the entry to the queue line.

Can I bring my own food into Nickelodeon Universe?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Nickelodeon Universe. Exceptions to this policy are made for baby food and formula and for guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies. Light refreshments, snacks and beverages are available for purchase.

Can I bring in water containers?

Guests to Nickelodeon Universe may bring in one non-glass water bottle per person.

Will there be character meet & greets?

Meet & greets with guests’ favorite Nickelodeon characters have been modified to maintain proper physical distancing.

Can I bring a bag or backpack into Nickelodeon Universe?

Personal bags and backpacks are permitted into Nickelodeon Universe. All bags and backpacks are subject to search prior to entering. The following items are not permitted: weapons of any kind, props/toys resembling a weapon, masks that cover the face, glass bottles, selfie sticks.

Can I bring in my asthma inhaler and EpiPen?

Medical devices are permitted in Nickelodeon Universe. Please note, any loose article may not be brought onto a ride. In addition, medical devices may not interfere with the proper functioning of ride restraint devices.

I have a condition that I feel may make it advisable for me to avoid certain attractions. Does Nickelodeon Universe at American Dream provide restrictions and advisories for attractions?

Will there be accommodations for guests with disabilities?

Nickelodeon Universe was built to accommodate all patrons. Guests with disabilities qualify for our Rider Assistance Program and should visit Guest Services inside of the park for more information. Guest Services is located at the bottom of the entry elevator to Nickelodeon Universe.

Is there a first-aid station at Nickelodeon Universe?

Yes, there is a First-Aid station located within Nickelodeon Universe.

Are pets permitted in Nickelodeon Universe?

Pets are not permitted in Nickelodeon Universe. Service animals are welcome. Service animals are limited to dogs and miniature horses and must always remain on a leash or harness unless the leash or harness interferes with the service the animal is providing, or the handler is unable to use the leash or harness due to the nature of the disability. Guests must be in control of the service animal all times and are responsible for its behavior and clean-up.

What is Nickelodeon Universe’s policy on line jumping?

Nickelodeon Universe does not permit line jumping. Line jumping is defined as cutting in front of guests, saving spots for other guests, or leaving the line and attempting to enter the same spot. Line cutting can result in ejection from Nickelodeon Universe.

Does Nickelodeon Universe have a dress code?

Nickelodeon Universe is a family-oriented theme park and appropriate dress is always required. Shirts and shoes are required. Graphics and language on clothing must be appropriate. Bathing suits are not permitted.

Are cameras allowed in Nickelodeon Universe?

Guests may photograph or take video of their visit to Nickelodeon Universe for private use only. Picture taking while on all rides is not permitted due to safety precautions. Ride operators may not take pictures or hold cameras for guests. Selfie sticks are not permitted in Nickelodeon Universe.

Am I allowed to smoke in Nickelodeon Universe?

Nickelodeon Universe prohibits smoking and vaping.

Are lockers available at Nickelodeon Universe?

Session use lockers are available for rent next to Guest Services, located at the bottom of the entry escalators.

What articles can I bring with me on the rides?

No loose articles may be taken on any ride and should be left with a non-rider. All thrill rides have complimentary single use lockers for personal belongings. Single use lockers may be used for up to 45 minutes without charge.
