"Cab was a no-show and no refund- watch out!"

Arranged and paid in advance for this tour. Went to designated pickup spot well in advance. When the operator did not show up I began calling. No answer. Sent texts, no reply. About 20 minutes later I finally got an answer and the excuse that the cab has a ‘technical problem’ and he would issue a refund. I guess the refund process has a technical problem as well because it never happened. Yesterday had to file a dispute with Amex and let them handle it. Our only negative experience

First time in Pedicab. Me and my girlfriend had a great time riding with our guide. The driver knew about all the restaurants, clubs, and bars on the beach and around Miami. The ride was great and the information we got made our visit to Miami way better than just walking around.

One of the most relaxing, yet amazing trip guide experiences through wonderful landmarks around historical Miami Beach. If I could give the customer service beyond 10-Star rating I would. Felt good to see parts of Miami in a peaceful setting. Will recommend to others based off customer service alone.

Me and friends had such a wonderful time touring south beach. I'm from a small town in Gainesville so this was a great way for us to tour the busy city. The drive was friendly and was knowledgeable of the area. I'll be sure to book again when I ever I return!

I'm a local but wanted to take a tour of South Beach in a unique way. I booked the tour for my moms birthday and we both loved it. We visited great sites such as the Versace Mansion, Botanical Gardens, and South Pointe Pier. The pedicab driver was very knowledgeable and detailed in regards to the historical sites, he even parked at the locations so we could walk around and take photos. All in all, it was a great experience, highly recommend!

I brought my mom down to Florida for Christmas. My friend told me to try SoBe Rides when we get to Miami so I decided to book us a ride. It was great!! It didn't rain, we got to see all of the best sites of South Beach AND I didn't have to hear my mom complain about walking around all day. I would definitely do this again!!

I took a tour of the Famous South beach with Sobe Rides. They took me to see the best areas to enjoy my Vacation. I saw the nicest store to shop at and some historical sites like the Versace Mansion, that was exciting. The driver was upbeat and very professional. I saved a ton of walking by taking Sobe around the city. Would definitely recommend the experience!

I have been to Miami Beach many times and I know a lot about the city but I had a friend coming to visit for the first time and I was looking for something that would be fun to do. I booked a tour not expecting much of it but to my surprise I learned a lot and the experience was different from any tour I have been on before. The tour guide was funny, well spoken, and made us laugh the entire time. The ride was a little bumpy, but overall we had a great time.
