Margaritaville Cottages range from 2 to 8 bedrooms, and feature full kitchens, en suite bathrooms, dining and seating areas, as well as a sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, daily housekeeping, and more. Premium and Plus cottages can have additional features like extra square footage, kitchen islands, bonus rooms with twin beds, balconies and more. Superior cottages can have the amenities of Premium and Plus cottages, as well as some combination of more spacious master suites, lofts, enhanced bathroom fixtures. Elite cottages have many of the extra features of Superior, Premium and Plus, as well as private pools.

Self-parking is free. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government-issued ID at check in. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $250 to cover any incidental charges. The front desk agent will be providing guests with a welcome packet that includes the cottage code and address. A guest service agent will escort the guests' vehicle or group transportation to the cottage and walk through the property with the guest. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit, there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on-site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.
