Upon walking in we didn’t get the size beds we reserved and found a small disclaimer at the bottom that according to check in time you may not get what you reserved. Only way to the pool is thru the master bedroom for everyone to use. Cleaning up water tracked in every day. Area around the pool is extremely small for an entire family Doors open into doors There are no end tables or nightstands Shampoo in the shower sits on the floor as there is no shelf Broken blinds Wife woke up with a rash from dirty sheets Every TV is a different brand and all needed connected to wifi Scuffs on the walls Living room, kitchen, and dining area is less than 400 sq ft There is no closet space to store luggage My luggage became my nightstand. One TV didn’t connect to wifi Curtain rods were not mounted property and one corner was about to come out of the wall upon arrival Pool light didn’t work.

Absolutely wonderful time at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. I've stayed at other Margaritavilles before and this property takes the cake! The pool area is absolutely stunning and worth the trip all by itself. They created a 'beach' and the pool is a very comfortably heated temp, and the hot tub is huge. Plenty of seating, no need to worry about finding a chair. Even with it being spring break and the hotel being very fully booked, we never felt like it was crowded because the resort and pool area are so large. Absolutely wonderful experience and can't wait to visit again! Other amenities - there is a VERY nice gift shop that I bought a ton of stuff from. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable. There are a few restaurants on the property that are worth a try - dinner service was slow but I think that was because they were super busy (and maybe understaffed) but breakfast service was very fast and delicious. The island H2O waterpark is definitely a skip - it's not clean and it's freezing cold! (they literally had a sign up front on which attractions had 52 degree water that day). If it wasn't included for free in my stay I would have been mad, but as it was walking distance from the hotel and free it was fine - I let the kids play for a few and then we hit the promenade gift shops and ice cream on the way back to the hotel. Margaritaville is so nice I'd honestly visit orlando just to stay here on the property all day. Highly recommend.

Very nice room, great breakfast, and a lot of pool options. We didn't use the water park tickets but will next time we visit. We'll likely be back in the fall. The ice machines were far from our room, that's about the only negative thing I can think of.

This place is terrible! Do yourself a favor and book a nearby resort with better service and cleanliness. We checked into an Elite cottage that had worn furniture, mold in the bathrooms and sliding glass doors, and broken blinds. To make matters worse, the cottage we were given didn’t even match the one we booked. After calling the front desk to report the issue and request a new room. We then went to the front desk for assistance, but the manager there was unhelpful. We wasted an entire day dealing with this. This place is awful with terrible service and the shuttle service doesn’t work either.

Beautiful resort and lovely property, but customer service is lacking. Lines are awful - at check in, at restaurants, and more. When experiencing issues with our room, I tried to call the front desk. Despite calling multiple times over multiple days, I was never able to get through, ever. The only way I was able to get assistance was by stopping workers in the hallway and asking them for help. We could not enjoy the poolside grill because the lines were always wrapped around the pool. We ate the the provisions, and while my kids enjoyed the pizza, my chicken was so tough, that I was literally unable to bite though it. We experienced long lines and poor customer service throughout out entire stay. We enjoyed the location and property, but with such a beautiful resort, the customer service experience should match it.
