We were a family of four adults, including our two children (22 and 28), and rented one of the three-bedroom cottages in Flip Flop Way (cottage 8001). It was, bar none, the best accommodation outside the deluxe Disney resorts we have ever stayed at. There is ample free parking right outside the door. The ground floor, has a modern open-plan kitchen, lounge, and diner. There was also a full kitchen including a full-sized American fridge, oven and dishwasher. The lounge area had a sofa that seated three, an additional chair, a full-sized dining table and four chairs. There is also a downstairs toilet. You also have your own outside space with a table, four chairs and two loungers, which was so much better than having an enclosed balcony. We often ate breakfast there or hung out when we wanted a rest. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with en-suites. There was also a balcony area with a cool box on the first floor. There is also a cupboard with a full washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. The master suite was on the second floor and had a full bathroom, complete with a bathtub. The decoration was contemporary and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable (just like the Disney resort beds). It was a short 5-minute walk to the pool area. The resort itself is stunning, with fantastic pools and landscaping. The main reception area is beautiful and perfect for resting. The pools were clean and very well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, unlike some pools. There are cabañas to rent at the main pool, which were approximately $250 per day. The man pool has its own bar that serves drinks (soft and alcoholic) and food. The quiet pool (where we spent most of our time) was very peaceful and also had a small bar that served drinks and lunches. It's a 10-minute walk to Sunset Walk, which features numerous bars and restaurants, all of which are very good. Being situated on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, you have access to all the chain restaurants, and there are a Walmart, Target, and Publix supermarkets within a 5-minute drive. The drive to Disney Springs was about 20 minutes and it’s about 40 minutes from MCO Airport. All in all, everything you could possibly want or need. We’ll definitely be back.

I’ll summarize: -Hour long check-in times -Placed in a room different than what we paid for -Moved to a different room (again, not what we needed) -Provided rollaways that we had to setup -Ants in the room! -Trash left in room; soap not refilled -Unfulfilled promises by management -They avoided calls and requests to speak until the day before checkout -They “offer” to cover the resort fees but blame third-party booking for not being able to refund more -Tried to upsell door dashers with timeshares

Stayed here for two days before a cruise. We were upgraded for free to a cottage upon arrival! Everything was clean and even smelled like a new house smell! The lobby, pool, everything was amazing!! So many pools, tons of food places and target within walking distance too! Did not visit their waterpark but drove by it and it looked okay! Small tho! Will 100% return here in the future
