The pillows are amazing- I had such great sleep- the kids had a great time at the pool and the downtown shuttle was exceptionally convenient. Also great drinks at the pool bar!

It's a truly beautiful resort with lush tropical landscaping and perfect Parrothead theming just steps from the beach. The welcome strawberry punch at check- in was delicious as was every meal at the Tin Cup Chalice restaurant overlooking the oasis- like pool. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were really soft. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating and the convenient shuttle into town allowed us to do all our favorite Key West things without the hassle of driving and parking. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Comfortable resort with clean rooms and common areas. The beach was right across the street, but the seasonal seaweed was abundant and smelled terrible with the heat of the day so we opted for the pool. The pool is on the smaller side but still plenty of room for everyone, even when busy. The free shuttle was fantastic and Johnny was the best driver...personable, informative and funny. He had excellent recommendations for restaurants! Food at the resort was great but the people were even better. Anita was our server most mornings and she was so fantastic....she knew what we liked and took great care of us. She was a pleasure to interact with in the morning and start our day. Santa and Nina were also great. Alex was our server at night and he was sometimes the only waiter....he hustled to handle everyone in a timely manner and was still smiling, never missing a beat. Chris at the front desk was fantastic....enthusiastic and energetic qhike he addressed any issue or question. There was a young woman at the pool bar...dark long hair whose name is escaping me but she managed a very crowded pool area like a champ. She was so pleasant despite the weather being very hot. She was non-stop and really responsive to all the guests. There were a few items that needed attention in terms of maintenance in the room...flashing light bulbs in the bathroom, and the coffee maker could be cleaned out thoroughly but nothing that impacted our stay. We didn't need the coffee maker and we still had plenty of light. There are microwaves, sinks and refrigerators in the room which was great and coffee stations throughout the property. The rooms are VERY quiet...we never heard anything at night and our room faced the road. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We like to try different places but this is a place I woukd recommend based on the staff and food alone.

Truly, a gem, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Never staying at a Margaritaville Hotel before however, my wife and I could not have been more impressed. Their attention to customer service and detail is second to none. Other hotel chains could learn a lot from this fantastic resort. Every staff member from the free shuttle service driver that picks you up at the airport to housekeeping and bar staff greets with a smile and is happy to help in anyway. Their communications is amazing. They texted prior to arrival with so many helpful hints. When checking in the staff was amazing giving you every detail and amenity the hotel has to offer. From the free smoothies, popsicles and cookies to the free shuttle service to Mallory Sq they go out of their way to make your stay truly memorable. On site restaurant, food, quality and service was unmatched and truly spectacular. Bar service and pool service were fantastic as well. I can not wait to return to this one of a kind property
