This is our 3rd time staying there and while we considered trying something different the hospitality of the staff and them always being accommodating makes us come back! The location is right across the street from the beach and has a beautiful sidewalk we use each morning. The elevator was being repaired, but them giving us a beautiful room with a beach view more then made up for it. Service like this will make us come back

Nice resort about 10 minutes from downtown. free shuttle to downtown. Nice staff, clean facility, rooms very spacious, clean and well appointed. Free shuttle to/from airport. Only downside, because it’s close to the airport, you hear planes taking off approx every 15-20 minutes. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.

Leo was a great bartender and very attentive Service was exceptional Hotel has great food, service and staff. Location is quiet enough so we could enjoy ourselves. Johnny our shuttle driver provided history of Key West and is very comical I would strongly recommend this resort
