All in all this was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub. No extra charge for parking. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. We had to take care of our own trash and conserved our towel use because there would have been an extra charge. Elevators worked great. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful and no pressure to attend the timeshare talk. What we got for the price was a great deal for a family of 5 adults ( we had a three bedroom 2 bath)some of the resort is outdated and looks weathered. the water pressure in the shower was terrible and hard to get it hot (my son said its a valve in the shower) 3-4 times the water turned off completely but only for a few seconds each time. The all on the slidindoors to the patio was very dangerous and seems like an accident waiting happen. We took the shuttle to Epcot which was great going there but on the way back we got on the wrong bus (going to Lake Buena Vista but not ours) the driver was very rude and did not want to help figure it out at all, he ended up taking us back to Epcot where we had to beg every bus that was there it help get us back.

We had 5 family rooms, and all were great except ours which was 51004. That room needs some serious upgrading. Couch was horrible, coffee table looked very old, dining chairs were all scratched up, and the kitchen was poorly stocked. Arturo and the front desk were amazing, just redo that room

I am here right now. Still have 1 week left. Traveled from England for my 50th birthday with 12 other family members. Arrived late and in the room no coffee machine or hob kettle so went to reception next morning told they would get me this but 1 week in still nothing!! Along side cooker not working and ceiling light hanging off. They did fix the light but I think only because I said if that falls on my head I will be claiming injuries! Noone at reception cares. Can't wait for this holiday of a life time to end. Virgin holidays should take this hotel off of their package holiday list
