    The room is smelly, carpet looks like someone took a dump on it and the service at reception was rude and slow. Furniture in the room looks like it was new in the 80s. Bathroom is moldy.

    -Rooms were warm even if we lowered the thermostat -No exhaust in bathroom, foggy all the time -Breakfast was a joke, gravy and biscuits, waffles and a couple of days there were hard bagels and bread. The fruit was apples or bananas; but never both. Sunday it wasn’t even set up by 7am so all that was available was waffles, bananas, oj and coffee. We had to be at the convention center by 8am so couldn’t wait until they got around to setting it up. Cold eggs and sausage links were served one day only. One morning, the breakfast attendant was vacuuming at 7:15an while we were trying to enjoy what little breakfast there was. -Bathroom was filthy -First key didn’t work. Went down and had them rekeyed and they still didn’t work. Ended up getting our room changed. -Handicapped room - Rug all messed up, tripping hazard for anyone (see photo) -Fitness center was closed and we weren’t made aware of it. -Except for the woman who checked me in (I didn’t see her the rest of my time there), the staff seem unhappy. No one smiles and they ignore you when you return for the day. I made a habit of saying hello so I would get some type of recognition. They are always congregating at the front desk, talking among themselves. -Although we used the pool twice, it needs work. There is mold all around the apron of the pool and some of the chairs/loungers are ripped and broken. (See photos)
