"Once a reliable choice, it has become a disappointment."

We have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, typically twice a year for the same event. Unfortunately, this stay will be our last. Between our visit in July 2025 and this one in January 2026, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the hotel have declined significantly. The property is in need of a thorough cleaning and a remodel. The breakfast was also disappointing compared to previous stays. Additionally, the side entrance doors near the parking areas no longer work with room keys, requiring guests to enter only through the front entrance. This change was not communicated to us. As a result, we parked where we always have, unloaded our luggage, and then discovered we could not enter through the side door—even though the card access panel is still present. When I returned to the front desk to ask about the issue, the staff member was rude and simply stated that guests must use the front entrance. I mentioned that this information should be shared with guests in advance to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, especially when unloading luggage. Given the drastic decline in conditions and service, I would no longer recommend this hotel despite our long history of staying here for the past 10–15 years.

"It used to be a nice hotel, but no longer"

We have stayed at this hotel many times; it has continued a steady decline. This time the room had not been vacuumed (debris all over the floor including food), the ice machine was leaking out into the hall, the hall carpet was stained, tattered and wrinkled, the front door paint was peeling off. I think we’re done here.

"Short vacations"

My stay at this hotel in Atlanta was below average, and several issues negatively impacted my experience. The room key card rarely worked, which was very frustrating and required multiple attempts just to enter the room. The room had a strong humidity smell, making it feel uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The interior of the hotel also looks very old. The yellow color used throughout the hotel gives it an outdated and worn feel, and the lobby has the same old, tired appearance instead of feeling welcoming or modern. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and little variety of food. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations. Improvements in maintenance, interior updates, reliable key cards, and a better breakfast selection are clearly needed.

"Worst experience ever"

The bed wasn’t clean, the restroom light is not working, there was no breakfast, and the man at the front desk was extremely rude to everyone. He was making fun of elderly guests, being disrespectful, raising his voice, and saying comments like, “If I get old like that, send me to a retirement home.” I also requested a crib through the app and was told yes, but when I asked in person, they said they do not offer cribs.
