What is Illuminarium? 

Illuminarium is an attraction that allows you to experience cinematic immersion through the combination of state-of-the-art technology such as 4K interactive projection, 360° audio, in-floor vibrations and scent systems.

What are the hours of operation?

Sunday - Thursday: 11 AM-7 PM 

Friday - Saturday: 11 AM-7 PM 

The last Daytime Admission is at 7 PM. Hours are subject to change. Hours may vary on holidays and for other special events.

Is parking provided? 

Yes, you can access our building from the AREA15 parking lot.

Where is it located?

The Illuminarium is located at 3246 W. Desert Inn Road Las Vegas, Nevada 89102 at the AREA15 complex, in a standalone building next to the main AREA15 building. 

Is the activity appropriate for children?

Yes, All Ages are welcome at Illuminarium. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and children under the age of 3 are not required to have a ticket. While we have realistic projection and loud sounds (like thunder), there are no moments meant to be intentionally frightening. Some experiential aspects of the attraction may be overwhelming for younger children.

If your child is easily overwhelmed or scared, the Illuminarium team recommends you have enough adults in the group to deal with a possible departure of one adult to assist the infant, which requires another adult to remain with any additional children 12 and under.

Are strollers allowed inside?

Yes. Illuminarium does not offer storage for unused strollers. Wagons or other similar equipment are not permitted.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, Personal photography is allowed, and we recommend turning off your flash for the best photos. No professional photography, tripods, or videography of any kind is permitted.

How long is the experience?

The Illuninarium experience can last up to 60 minutes. 

Can I bring my own food/beverages? 

Outside food or drink is not permitted in the attraction unless specifically agreed to by Illuminarium management for a special event.

Can I bring my pet?

No animals are permitted into or on the property of Illuminarium. Exceptions to this policy are limited to (1) service animals and service animals in training; and (2) police or other certified assistance animals will be permitted by a qualified handler on official business.
