"Perfect location for sailing out of Long Beach!"

Specifically, we booked Maya so we could park during cruise as it's a very short easy walk to the Long Beach ships (we sailed Firenze). Our room was a decent size and we had a slight view of the water. As it was during torrential Christmas storms our patio was wet, but in nice weather, it would be a delight! There is an amazing pool at Maya but it was too cold to swim, despite the claim it's "heated" ... I'd love to return during warmer weather as the pool deck is amazing. The entire property offers great views of Long Beach. What we loved: super comfy king bed, coffee in the room, large flat TV, a bathtub (no one has them anymore) ... quick 15 min walk over the bridge to many restaurants, shopping, aquarium and cinema and parking convenience with in/out privileges and we bought the rate that included parking for the 4 day cruise. What we didn't love: the rate was pretty high for one hotel night w/parking but we realize, we paid for the convenience! The restaurant had a fairly limited menu and the prices were quite high. We did have a drink at the bar and it was so bright it was like a coffee shop so we walked over the bridge for our dinner meal. I would definitely stay here again when cruising out of Long Beach. Oh yes, and it's close to Queen Mary if you're interested in touring the ship while you're there ... like a 7 min walk.

We had the most relaxing of stays. We ended up upgrading to a water view room and it was worth it. They provided a Nespresso machine for the room and Tazo tea bags. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and have coffee in the mornings. There was construction on property to update all the rooms but we heard nothing. We were in an updated room and it was gorgeous. All of the staff were gracious and friendly. We will be back the next time we stay in Long Beach. Also if you are taking a cruise, this hotel is within walking distance. We enjoyed all the amenities on property. We loved the fire pits especially. Thanks so much for a great relaxing stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and friendly staff, and not just at the front desk, but throughout the property from the restaurant to housekeeping; we experienced consistent professional, kind, and helpful service. Such a beautifully decorated and curated hotel with generous offerings! I truly enjoyed our newly renovated room! The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom toiletries smelled so good and I could tell were top-tier. I typically don’t use the in-room coffee amenities at hotels because they normally are subpar, but Hotel Maya Provide provides Espresso makers in the rooms, and the condiments they offered were absolutely perfect! It was as though I had ordered my morning coffee from an actual barista! We enjoyed renting the bikes and cruising around the marina on the Queen Mary side. The food and drinks from Fuego, were absolutely delicious and reasonably priced! 10/10 would definitely recommend! We can’t wait to visit again!
