We were there during renovations, and unfortunately, we weren't able to get the full experience of the hotel. The location itself is amazing! Waterfront, overlooking the marina, boats, and water activities, was the highlight. The room was clean, but had an odd odor. King of like when something has been closed up for a long time. I'm sure the renovations will include room upgrades, but with the old feeling of the room and renovations/constructions, I feel what we paid was overpriced.

"OK - not sure the value equates the price"

It was OK. The grounds were nice. But because the buildings of the rooms are not enclosed, it was very noisy. Also, we had a water leak in our room and not only did we have to change rooms we had to change buildings! This was at 10:30pm and we were not offered any assistance to with this.

"Nice Stay Near Long Beach Attractions!"

Great location off the water and close to Long Beach attractions! The Fuego restaurant had great food and a good amount. Very pricey due to gratuity. The hotel has great decor and is going through renovations so expect some wait time checking in. You can bring your snacks there's a refrig in the room and you can enojoy all the other attractions nearby in planning your stay!

"Great view and staff, watch extra costs"

We came here for a short anniversary trip because it was dog friendly and has a great view. All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room itself was roomy and clean, could use some touch up on worn surfaces. We were disappointed that the Fuego restaurant was not really open because they are redoing it for summer. They did have a couple of places open for breakfast, which was good, but expensive with the tip already added in. Be aware and budget for $45.00 a day for parking. We had a nice relaxing trip and would go back.

"Cruise and park"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

We stayed here for the cruise and park package and it was perfect. We arrived late, 11 pm, but there were two staff working the check in desk. They were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We got our parking pass for the cruise and were told any open spot was available. The hotel consists of separate buildings so we drove over to our building and managed to find a spot right in front. Our room had a nice view of the pool, which looked really nice with lots of daybeds and pool loungers. We had arranged the shuttle to take us to the ship, and it was quick and easy. Just a five minute drive. We could have walked, which we saw quite a few people doing, but my husband has a bad hip and didn’t want to aggravate it before the trip. Highly recommend staying g here if you’re cruising Carnival.
