"Cruise & stay package (Saturday Stay& 6 day cruise parking)"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

We chose the cruise and stay package, and it was definitely the best decision for a stress-free cruise experience. The hotel offered relaxing views, although it was quite busy, especially since we were there on a Saturday. The staff was very welcoming, and while the rooms were somewhat dark, they were also quite comfortable. The buildings were surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Although the pool was crowded, there were plenty of options for relaxation throughout the grounds. We dined at the Fuego restaurant, where our server provided excellent service, aided by the support staff. However, the bar attendant seemed quite unhappy, which was not the most welcoming sight as we entered a restaurant with higher prices. There were five of us dining, and they declined to seat us by the glass wall, which would have given us a clear view of the water. While the service regarding seating was disappointing, our server's exceptional customer service skills made up for the negative experiences. We booked our shuttle time slot one business day in advance, which turned out to be the best decision, as many others were utilizing the same package. On the day of our cruise, we were able to enjoy the pool before checking out. After our cruise, we decided to walk back to retrieve our vehicle, which was ideal since we had a five-hour drive home.

"Good not great"

This is a GOOD place for the price. Great views and close proximity to downtown Long Beach. Rooms are clean and so is the property. Its all a bit aged but the biggest negatives are no access to the water- the beach is not a real beach but a nice sand pit. The smell of pot outside was a constant at this hotel. It was good for the price but these negatives would keep us from returning.

"Enjoyed the beautiful balcony views."
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

Property has amazing views from room balcony, lovely walking areas, and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the tropical atmosphere. Room itself is tired, with knicked up furniture and dirty spots on sofa and chair. I found hairs on the drinking glasses and bathroom sink - eww. This could be an amazing property with proper room furnishings update and a thorough cleaning. Warning: $45.00 overnight parking fee.
