We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this property multiple times over the past three years, and we truly consider it our home in New York City. The location is fantastic, putting us right in the heart of everything we need. We typically choose a room with a kitchenette, which is perfect for our longer stays. However, what truly sets Club Quarters Grand Central apart is its outstanding staff. Marco, Yoselyn, Elias, and Manny are absolute treasures! They ensure our stay is flawless every single time and really make us feel at home. We’re headed back to NYC later this year, and we can’t wait to make this our home away from home once again!

I just got back from an amazing stay at this hotel in New York, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect—right next to Grand Central Station, which made getting around the city a breeze. As soon as we arrived, the hotel host greeted us with a warm smile, and check-in was a snap. Our room had stunning views of the city skyline that really made our trip feel special. The hotel has a modern vibe, and everything was spotless—no weird smells or anything! The amenities were just what my wife and I needed. We had no trouble connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi; it was super easy to access, secure, and fast, which was a lifesaver for us. Plus, checkout was just as quick and smooth as check-in. All in all, we had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back. If you’re searching for a great hotel experience in New York, this is definitely the spot to choose!

Superior room is TINY, suitable for one person max, definitely not three (would still feel cramped with one!). It is advertised as having a pull out sofa and photos show a kitchenette, but there was neither in our room. Rollaway barely fit in room, we had to climb over it to get to our luggage. Hallways are cramped, no lobby area at all. Lounge on 27th floor is nice with espresso machine and view of city. Location is great. Wouldn’t stay here again unless traveling alone and nothing better was available.

Very comfortable room and furnishings. enjoyed the guest lounge on the 27th floor with free coffee, tea, etc. Free hydration stations on each floor (free water bottles and fresh cold water to fill them), guest amenities closet on each floor (e.g. shaving cream, tooth paste, shower caps, etc.) Location near Grand Central Station is very convenient. Front desk staffer, Manny, was a delight, and helped us with late check out and other details. We would stay here again!
