My husband and I stay here frequently as it is right next to Grand Central Terminal and is very reasonably priced for a clean, comfortable room. The complimentary bottled water is great and the coffee machine in the lounge makes great lattes! The staff has always been friendly and more than happy to store our bags so we can enjoy the city after checkout.

I stayed here for business for 3 nights at the recommendation of a colleague, as this hotel was walking distance to a variety of meetings. I was extremely impressed with the size of the room, especially for midtown NYC! The upstairs business lounge is lovely, and everything was clean and well maintained. I was also pleased that the room was very well insulated from the noise outside. The staff, particularly Terence and Shaun, were remarkably helpful, funny, and kind, and made sure we were well taken care of and got where we needed to go quickly. The next time I travel to NYC for work, I will stay here without question.

Easy check in, using either the desk or machines. The rooms are spacious and clean. I had one with a small fridge, coffee machine and microwave, which was good for making tea while I was working. The hotel has a surprising lounge on the top floor with a terrace, tea and coffee, and plenty of space to sit and work, or just chat. Very central and easy to get around the city. Well worth it!
