I was pleasantly surprised by the food! I went for a retreat and the food was awesome. The only flaw was Saturday night our food was cold when we got it but the chef made up for it right away and gave our whole table fresh plates! The rooms were very clean and I loved the DOVE soaps!

Me and my wife loved everything! I could say this is one of the best hotels I’ve visited this year. Housekeeping left my room clean. At the front desk during the day, there was a girl named Isabelle her service was excellent. Everything we needed, she helped us with. At night, Angelo was there. He was great too.

There are numerous issues with my stay that I find difficult to summarize in just one review, but I will do my best to convey my experience. I was booked to stay at this hotel for a week while attending a conference, and the reservations had been made and paid for back in January. Upon my arrival, I was informed at the front desk that, due to a change in ownership, the business card information on file had been lost. As a result, I was required to put my personal card on file in order to check in. The desk clerk refused to speak with my supervisor over the phone, who had the necessary business card information. After some persistence, I was finally able to have a manager approve my stay for the night, assuring me that they would resolve the issue with my supervisor the following morning. The next day, both the manager and other desk clerks assured me that everything was sorted out, and my supervisor had provided them with the business card information, so I should not expect any further issues. However, when I attempted to return to my room, I found myself locked out. This happened three separate times during my stay, as the staff repeatedly deactivated my key card and locked me out of my room. Additionally, I would like to highlight that the smoke alarm in my room was fake. It was simply a white circle with red marker to make it appear like a smoke alarm (see attached photos). After my stay, I returned home to discover that my personal card had been charged three different times for $129. When I called the hotel, they informed me that I would receive a refund within five to ten business days. Although I did eventually receive the refund, I was charged again—this time for $774. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this hotel. I plan to post this review everywhere and alert as many people as possible about the issues I encountered during my stay. I will never return to this hotel, and I intend to take legal action against the parent company. In short, do not waste your time and money on this hotel.

Excellent place in a perfect location. The bar service was outstanding. The breakfast lady I think her name is Daniela was amazing. I want to thank Carlos at the front desk for his exceptionally kind assistance, and in the morning at check-out, a lovely young lady named Isabella who kindly helped us with directions to the terminal B at MCO airport. I would highly recommend this place—I truly felt at home.

The hotel is great. Room was very clean and well maintained. Close to some of the Disney parks. Great value over all. My only issue was the $100 hold they put on that wasn’t in any documentation when we booked and couldn’t use it to get things like drinks from the shop on site. Other than that we fully plan to go back as a way to help reduce cost for our frequent Disney trips.
