"Amazing experience"

Staff was super respectful and nice. Definitely looked out for me and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Would definitely suggest staying here. rooms were super clean as well.

I was very impressed with this hotel. 1. Location: centrally located with easy highway access to all the top sites in the area. It is so quiet, no road noise! I am a light sleeper and had no issues. 2. Room: I had a 2 queen room. It was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. 3. Service: all of the desk staff were friendly and helpful. 4. Extras: free parking, very nice complimentary breakfast, FRESH brewed coffee 24/7 in the lobby. I am so glad I found this hotel.

"Good overall, but terrible breakfast"

Easy check in (Jan. 23) and check out (Jan. 24) process and the room was competitively affordable. Hotel reception was friendly and helpful. All areas, especially the room and lobby, were very clean. We could easily hear people in the hallway, but it wasn't too frequent. Biggest complaint was the hotel breakfast was terrible. It was eggs, sausage and potatoes, which lacked any flavor and had the consistency and texture of the Styrofoam plates it was served on. I don't know when they cooked it, but it surely wasn't that morning. They also didn't start serving until 7:00. Overall, value and cleanliness matter a lot more to me than breakfast, so I think I'd stay here again.

"Clean and affordable hotel"

My family stayed here after visiting Christmas Town at Busch Gardens. Convenient location and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. They offer a warm and delicious breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Busch Gardens. Highly recommend.

"Beautiful hotel! Everything is shiny and new, and staff is friendly and professional"

My wife and I had a great stay here! Alisha, the manager, took great care of us. This hotel is in a quiet and very nice area only about five minutes away from the center of Williamsburg. It's just outside of the Kingsmill gated community with its PG Tour golf course. I think the hotel must have been totally renovated recently because everything looks new--the carpets and everything in the rooms and the lobby. It looks like it was just built and opened last month. The lobby had a wonderful Christmas tree that Alisha said she had decorated, and there were some really nice touches on it so I could tell she loves this hotel and she wants it to look special! I should add that this isn't the first time we've stayed here, we stayed last year too and it was great then too. That's why we came back and we'll stay there the next time we visit. I have family in this area and I visit every year or so. My only complaint is that they should have plastic cups available--they only have those paper coffee cups and I don't like drinking water out of those when I take my morning medicines. But that's a really minor complaint for such a nice hotel.
