"Traveling for Interview - Great experience."

I stayed at the Holiday Inn while traveling for an interview and it is by far one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service was exceptional. The front desk even accommodated a late check out and helped me print documents that I needed for a presentation later that day. The room itself was very nice with actual hand soap instead of bar soap and lighting that actually worked. Usually hotels don't have good ceiling lighting or lighting in general but the room was very nice and very usable. The location was perfect, right next to my interview and also five minutes away from Busch Gardens, which is a prime location in this area. The atmosphere was very friendly and the front desk was helpful every time I had an interaction with them. And for the value of this hotel, I would definitely come back again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. 1. Location: centrally located with easy highway access to all the top sites in the area. It is so quiet, no road noise! I am a light sleeper and had no issues. 2. Room: I had a 2 queen room. It was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. 3. Service: all of the desk staff were friendly and helpful. 4. Extras: free parking, very nice complimentary breakfast, FRESH brewed coffee 24/7 in the lobby. I am so glad I found this hotel.

"Good overall, but terrible breakfast"

Easy check in (Jan. 23) and check out (Jan. 24) process and the room was competitively affordable. Hotel reception was friendly and helpful. All areas, especially the room and lobby, were very clean. We could easily hear people in the hallway, but it wasn't too frequent. Biggest complaint was the hotel breakfast was terrible. It was eggs, sausage and potatoes, which lacked any flavor and had the consistency and texture of the Styrofoam plates it was served on. I don't know when they cooked it, but it surely wasn't that morning. They also didn't start serving until 7:00. Overall, value and cleanliness matter a lot more to me than breakfast, so I think I'd stay here again.
