I stayed at this hotel three times, in June, July, and August, and it is by far one of the best hotels in the area. Everyone was energetic, eager to help with a smile on their face. Great environment, great workers. Look forward to future stays.

This place did it right for me. Clean, tidy in good condition. Rooms were nicely setup, with good bed and bedding, warm shower and the towels are still soft. Bar and food passed the test and the beer was cold. Breakfast was w bit lacklustre, they could have tried harder - the eggs were one solid lump! I left the hotel happy with the experience and rested, so good show.

Not the best stay as my room on the 5th floor had ants. I would order food, and within just a couple minutes, the ants started coming out. I left the trash outside or the room to keep them away, and let the desk manager know in the morning. I would go to work and come back, noticing no ants initially, but again, if I had food (I also brought a small amount of groceries on day 1), they came out in the same numbers. I also noticed them on the nightstand where no food was consumed. Despite cleaning the area, I noticed a couple made it onto the bed, which of course was annoying; the nightstand sits way too close to the bed. On checkout, I let the manager know that ants were still there so more than a simple spray needs to be used. On a more positive note, daily cleaning is always appreciated (although after the first few nights, there wasn’t any cleaning on my last evening). I liked that the TV was positioned where I could easily plug my Firestick. I’m not opposed to staying here again, but the ants were annoying and I wish I had been offered a different room (I had Diamond Elite status).
