  • Incidental Deposit: Historic Rocky Waters Inn places a $50 nightly incidental hold on your credit card, up to a maximum of $200. If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released after check-out. If there are charges, they’ll be applied to the card on file.
  • Destination Fee: A $15 plus tax destination fee will be collected upon arrival.

This was our first trip to the Rocky Waters Inn and it did not disappoint! Start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The accommodations were perfect - comfy, extra blankets for those cold evenings, updated bathrooms, and extensive tv channels if that’s what you wanted. The staff??? Hands down the best customer service we have had to date. Fill out the pre arrival information - they pay attention! Everyone was wonderful - genuinely concerned about our comfort. This will be a repeat stop on our travels.

We stayed at the Historic Rocky Waters Inn. It is a small boutique hotel. The service is top notch. We stop as we were traveling to Florida the scenic way. Gatlinburg TN is a cute town with some character. We just choose this hotel on a whim. Thank you to Michelle who checked us in and gave us the whole rundown of the hotel. The Heirloom Room (restaurant) is fabulous. Our meals were very good! We will stop again!

This is a beautiful hotel! The customer service was top notch from the lot attendant to the concierge to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room is well decorated, with a mix of rustic features along with the modern touches of sleek black fixtures/furniture and espresso machine. I loved the attention to the bed made up with extra pillows and throws to make it look homey but it was also super comfortable! Lastly, you can’t beat the view of the creek from your balcony. It is so relaxing and peaceful. You won’t go wrong staying here!
