The staff was friendly, rooms clean, low season here, so not much going on. We decided to go to Epic at Universal yesterday. Driver stated multiple times while on ride, if you are late, past 8:00, we will need your own ride. I questioned pick up time and he confirmed time as 8:00. The schedule stated 8:55, so we were bummed to lose almost an hour at park. We arrived to shuttle spot (we even confirmed it would be same space) at 7:50, waited about 15 minutes, called shuttle service and the person that answered the phone was rude and said “why would you listed to driver, follow the schedule!” We called an Uber because we could wait with two young kids after 12 hours at the park. I just want to give others the shuttle experience.

We had a great time. This was a very nice resort with numerous pools. There was a bar at the largest pool. We used the miniature golf, tennis, and pickleball courts while we were there. it is a great location!

Stayed here and had a horrible room, more like a budget hotel room rather than a timeshare condo which we get elsewhere. It was booked for a timeshare week and our confirmation said $30 would be payable on check in. It didn't say Per Day. So it cost us another $200, bit of deception between our timeshare company and Hilton. Neither care, it's just more money for them. The check in process is sketchy, first it's a $115 hold on your credit card, that's ok but they then say "Oh and we have charged $238 resort fee" it's done the wrong way around. What's the resort fee for? Parking apparently.... and for the privilege of being able to use the pool. Hello, is it not reasonable to expect folk to arrive by car and to expect a pool at a resort? What will they charge for next, $5 per day because there is a TV in the room?

Imagine the sound of grass mowers at 5:30am on Saturdays and Sunday. I come up to Orlando to relax, sleep in and sometimes Escape to Sea World or Universal. Not being able to sleep in because of the lawn mower noise for two hours is a nuisance and it lacks common sense from the property management. The timeshare is not worth it - NEVER BUY a timeshare! It’s a big scam! Very disappointed with Mystic Dunes!

The hotel suite smells badly. We found mold in the bathroom. The sofa has disgusting stains. The management refused to give me a full refund. We only spent one night at this hell hotel. It almost ruined our vacation. Stay away! It should be called Mystic Mold. Customer service is terrible because I have to fight for a refund.
