"Nice stay, as expected"

Visited the weekend after Thanksgiving. The good: Mobile key was great, making check in/out easy. Staff were friendly, hotel generally clean and nice as expected for a Hilton. Room generally clean and beds comfortable, room service pretty quick. My wife enjoyed the scalding hot water in the shower-me and my kids did not. We did not use the pool, but nobody was in it and it looked clean. I really liked that there's underground parking. The location is great as well, just off the main road with quick access to anything you need but still quiet. The bad: understand that hotels in general use cheap sheets, but the sheets here are sandpaper loud. You can't move without everyone in the room hearing. Much like other hotels-the lack of ventilation in the bathroom is wreaking havoc on the ceiling and walls. It's not 'gross' yet, but it won't be too long for room 304. I was surprised to find the TVs are limited to DirectTv, with no access to apps like Netflix or Prime Video, etc. Not a big deal, but would have been better for the kids.

"Meh kind of stay"

I was there with a large conference. Friday at noon I asked the desk if there was any chance of an early check in but I understand check in is not till 3. Agent just smirked and said check in is at 3 and never looked. No free lobby coffee had to either pay $20 for the breakfast buffet or $10 for the in-house coffee shop. I just wanted drip black coffee. Room was okay could have been cleaner. Bathroom was nice and clean. However when I went to shower the water was lukewarm at best. Tried again later and had the same experience. Add on $10 for parking on top of a $300+ single night stay. Would not stay again.

We loved our stay at Short Pump, Richmond, Va at the Drury Hotel. Very nice accommodations, comfortable bedding, and nice TV. Plenty of parking and free breakfast and a nice lobby with a casual bar.

"Will stay again!"

Hotel is really nice, clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows after a long day of driving. Automatic check-in and check-out with digital key were easy with parking right in front of the hotel main door. Lots of restaurants nearby and located close to the main highways running north.

"Bed Bugs and No Acknowledgement"

I waited to write this review. I stayed at this hotel in July for a conference. First of all the air conditioning was malfunctioning and the hotel did work constantly to try to rectify the issue but for the three days I was there it never was fixed. The worst part was that I received bed bug bites which surprised me from a Hilton. I was covered and still have the scabs to prove it. I contacted Hilton Corporate who turned it over to the hotel itself. I NEVER received a response from the hotel regarding cleaning room 807 for the next guest! Corporate said it was a hotel direct issue since it was a physical complaint. I wasn't looking for compensation but I was looking for acknowledgement. I am a Hilton Honors member but now I am not sure I want to patronize an establishment that does not have a good customer service response. Just so disappointed.
