Each room has a work desk and chair, comfortable armchair with ottoman, bathtub/shower combo, upscale bathroom amenities, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, hair dryer, flat-screen TV, and more.

This Hilton hotel in Times Square also has a restaurant on site serving buffet breakfast seven days a week, and dinner featuring Times Square views while enjoying your favorite cocktails. The Market provides selections of salads, sandwiches, and convenient snacks open 24 hours. A bar/lounge is also available in the lobby and dinner is offered until late.

Never again. The hotel was not terrible but the experience was death by 1000 paper cuts. Summary: 1. $50 for early check in. WTF? I was so tired from my red eye that I paid it. 2. I paid for a room with a view and got--air conditioner vents. I immediately complained and was given a decent room that was also available early. But you can't convince me that they just wanted to fob that awful room off on anyone who would accept it. 3. Safe in new room needed a new battery. Security came and called maintenance (might have been the other way around.) 4. I asked for 2 robes. They were delivered but one did not have a belt. I called down to tell them and instead of delivering a belt they brought two more robes. 5. I stopped by the desk to ask for the sofa bed to be made up. A note was made. The sofa bed was not. 6. Two days later I stopped by the desk and asked for the sofa bed to be made into a sofa again. A note was taken by the front desk but instead, the bed was made again but not made into a sofa. 7. I asked the front desk to store my bags for a few hours after check out. Surprise! An upcharge of $5 a bag, after paying them for a 6 night stay. 8. They will give you one bottle of water a day IF you ask for it at the front desk, which often meant standing in line. Why not have the housekeeper leave a bottle of water in the room? 9. No concierge, so questions were answered by front desk people who looked things up online. Hey! I can do that! I wanted someone with knowledge! Never again will I stay at any Hilton. It was death by 1000 indignities.

The room was spacious and clean. Ahbab Chowdhuoy, our bar tender was the best! I've been to many hotel bars and Ahbab was the only one that made my drinks the way it's supposed to be. The waitors were also on top of things making sure we didn't need anything. I would say the overall experience was Great! Hilton hotels are one of our favorite places to stay & I highly recommend it should be you'res as well!

This a high calibre hotel in an excellent location. The staff (Gary in particular) are brilliant and did everything within their power to make our stay a memorable one. We would highly recommend upgrading to a top floor room. The views are breathtaking.

Everything you want in a Times Square Hotel, almost. The rooms are large, the gym is perhaps the biggest I have seen, and the location is awesome. Dining choices are a bit limited and service is not ideal, but there is a small bar and the rooms are great. Recommend this place for families and business, it is quiet and has great location. It’s probably a true 4.2 on the scale out of 5.

Never stay here! My reservation was completely screwed up. The Hilton system said my card was expired and clearly it states on the card 2030 as the expiration date. Obviously we could not stay. Went to the Yolo hotel instead and my card was fine. Hilton Times Square has not refunded a dime, and insisted we stayed there. Still fighting to get a refund. What a mess.
