Guest rooms and suites feature contemporary decor and large windows offering panoramic views of skyscrapers and iconic sites. Each room has a work desk and chair, comfortable armchair with ottoman, bathtub/shower combo, upscale bathroom amenities, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, hair dryer, flat-screen TV, and more.

This Hilton hotel in Times Square also has a restaurant on site serving buffet breakfast seven days a week, and dinner featuring Times Square views while enjoying your favorite cocktails. The Market provides selections of salads, sandwiches, and convenient snacks open 24 hours. A bar/lounge is also available in the lobby and dinner is offered until late.

Parking: Valet parking only. A parking fee of $95 per day, per vehicle is charged upon arrival. An electric car charging station is nearby around 0.2 miles from the hotel.

"Not Up to the Hilton Standard - Looking Elsewhere Next NYC Visit"

On the positive side, the staff was courteous and professional, and the location was excellent. The room and common areas were clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, for $890/night, this hotel fell well short of our expectations. The interior decor was tired, dated and in need of a refresh. The "sky lobby" on the 22nd floor is accessed by elevator from the street level. However, for our entire 4-day visit prior to and over the busy Columbus Day weekend, one of the two elevators was out of service. This resulted in long lines (20-30 guests) having to wait 2-3 cycles before being able to board an elevator into/out of the hotel. Equally annoying was the lack of soundproofing in our room, which had a door connecting our room with the room next door. Though the door was closed, it might as well have been wide open, as sounds and voices from the room next door were very disruptive. Overall, we will be looking elsewhere for accommodations during our next NYC visit, possibly the Hampton Inn on 41st Street, which also has an excellent location, was recently renovated, is considerably cheaper, and includes a free breakfast.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at the Hilton Times Square which is everything one would expect of a flagship property - with one disppointing exception. The toilet paper (”bathroom tissue” here) is single ply. Srsly? I mean it’s 2025. Back home 2-ply was standard when I was growing up. Now 3-ply is the default and Lidl even carries a luxurious 4-ply which has become my go to. Your finger never goes through with no time wasted folding. Time for Hilton to up their game IMO.

I had one night at this hotel, booked with points since the cash rate was insane (well over 600 USD for one night). The location of the hotel is in the most touristy area in the city, around Times Square and 42nd, so very convenient for many attractions and events. I was not able to check in early - at least not without paying $100 extra - but once I got my room later in the day, I was pretty happy with it. Quite spacious for the location, and with a decent city view, although the Hilton is nestled in between several buildings. My room featured a very large TV with streaming and casting options, and a good choice of cable channels. The bathroom was decent, although with an old worn and awkwardly placed shower head, and you had to stand in the tub to take a shower. I didn't really try any of the onsite amenities but I did notice a bar on site which looked nice. There are about a million bars and restaurants within walking distance though. At checkout, the hotel charges 5 USD to store your bag, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen an extra charge for that service at any hotel before. Hilton or otherwise. Overall a nice stay. Just be aware that during certain dates, the rate is very inflated and doesn't justify a mid-level Hilton. It's hard to beat the location though, even if the street feels a little sketchy.
