We stayed for 7 nights during the graduation of my daughter from UCI. On the 3rd day of our stay i reported a missing UCI mug - never heard back from the hotel. On the fifth day reported missing personal cleaning items (2 packs) and again the missing mug to the manager (Rossie) who promised to get back to me - never heard back. During check out followed up with front desk - told to follow up with Rossie. Bad customer service. Room was dusty and desk left sticky, not cleaned properly. Have attached photos

This was our first time staying at this beautiful, clean hotel. Everything was so nice from the moment we checked in to every morning at breakfast being greeted by Marla and Pepe. We stayed for four days and every Morning Marla and Pepe were the most friendly employees to us. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed every day here. Thank you so much for making this hotel a better place to stay with your amazing hospitality. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Irvine.
