Such a comfortable stay! So many little details add up to a great experience. Spencer, the manager, curates everything so beautifully. From the extra courtesy bottle of water waifing for us at check-in to the coffee mugs with a special rest for your thumb, to the flowers decorating the fresh fruit at breakfast— it all adds up to a feeling of rest and comfort.

Fairly nice, room was a bit dusty, bathroom cleaning seemed fairly good but there was a little mold in shower and bathroom. Bathroom door is sliding-barn door style so not a lot of privacy. Has the typical room doors that slam very loudly when other guests, and in our case hotel employees, don't take any effort to close them quietly. They left us with half a roll of toilet paper on roll and no backup (for our 4-night stay) so we had to get some from front desk. Mattress was great, pillows way too soft & squishy and more important, pillow cases were too short to keep ends of pillows covered so not very sanitary (fortunately we brought extra pillow cases). Couch in room wasn't designed well for actual human bodies to sit comfortably. Breakfast had cut fresh fruit mix every morning and plain yogurt, which is really nice for those trying to eat something healthful. Scrambled eggs were cooked OK but potatoes were way too dry on 2 of 4 days. Breakfast area was large so didn't feel too crowded. Web site showed a free parking deal but when I clicked on it it disappeared, and this happened twice. I was later told that they only sell a limited number of those, but then why did the deal still appear when I checked again, but remain unavailable? Parking garage was maybe 20% full at most on busiest night, and much less on other three nights, so I resent having to pay extra for parking.

The hotel is great, and so is service at the bar. Unfortunately there used to be live music on Tuesday's, so i always at at the bar. Just found out that stopped, so I will be rethinking Tuesday dinner. I will still have a nightcap, but miss the music.
