Yes. Hershey’s Chocolate World offers a selection of beer and wine. All guests wishing to purchase alcohol must be 21 years or older and be prepared to show a photo ID. Acceptable IDs include driver’s licenses and passports. Only one drink may be purchased at a time and must be consumed in the Food Hall. They also sell six packs to go. Alcohol service will start at 11:30 am and end one hour before closing. Enjoy responsibly.
You need a ticket to experience Create Your Own Candy Bar, Hershey's Unwrapped, and Hershey Trolley Works.
All guests who enter Create Your Own Candy Bar experience must purchase a ticket. Children ages 2 and under are free if they are not creating a candy bar. Children ages 8 and under creating a candy bar must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket.
Hershey Trolley Works offers a variety of trolley tours throughout the year, including the following: (1) Original Trolley Show - 45 minutes; Memorial Day - Labor Day. (2) Historical Trolley Tour - 75 minutes; offered year-round. (3) Trick or Treat Trolley Tour - 40 minutes; seasonal. (4) Holly Jolly Trolley Show - 40 minutes; seasonal.
Strollers are allowed inside the building but must be parked in a designated area to ride the rides. Strollers are available for rent on-site.
Hershey’s Chocolate Tour, Chocolate Tasting Experience and Hershey’s Great Candy Expedition are wheelchair accessible. Boarding the Hershey's Chocolate Tour ride requires crossing a moving turntable. Guests in motorized wheelchairs or specialized strollers will need to transfer to a manual wheelchair for the duration of the ride. Guests wishing to experience the Hershey Trolley Works Tour must be able to ascend three steps with the assistance of a Hershey Trolley Works Attendant. Special 'in-car' tours are available for guests who cannot ascend three steps.
