Compliments to the staff and management. Though we requested early check-in so we could go to Busch Gardens after a long car ride, the rooms were not available. We were able to utilize the shuttle service and enjoyed the whole day at Busch Gardens. This was my first time staying in this Hampton Inn. My granddaughter enjoyed the connecting rooms. The shuttle drivers were very accommodating and very friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was excellent especially the mini waffle was a big hit with my whole family. I have been a Diamond for many years but have not stayed in a Hampton since retiring. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

I have been coming to this hotel since 2013. The staff always goes above and beyond and is always super friendly. I want to especially commend front desk worker, Stephen. He always remembers me from previous visits and asks about my family. He is kind and courteous. Stephen also remembers that I am a bird watcher, and he will share his latest bird sightings. I recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone who travels in the Tampa area, and I tell them to look for Stephen.

The newly renovated hotel is wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. I can say that the staff made this an exceptional stay. Always friendly and helpful. Pam Calhoun the breakfast attendant is amazing! I hope they keep the excellent staff. The only issue we had was the exhaust fan in our bathroom was left uncovered and very dirty. Maintenance put a cover on it right away but I don't think they had time to clean it. They may all need checked. This could have been a construction oversight. Other than that, the hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Guest services ambassador, Pam Calhoun, was so welcoming. She made me feel welcome and always said hello. She is a treasure! Stephen who worked at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. The hotel was undergoing renovation but the work was limited to 9am-6pm so it wasn’t disruptive. The room was spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I would suggest placing a full length mirror either on the door of the bathroom or bedroom. When I stayed at the hotel in 2024 there were dressers in the bedroom which were more convenient than having to leave my clothes in the suitcase for the entire week. The only storage is a small hall closet and an open hanging/storage area in the bedroom. I will be traveling in the area in the future and would definitely stay again.

I would like to give a shout out for Pam Calhoun. She ran the breakfast area and did an outstanding job. Best oatmeal maker! A real pleasure to see her each moring and to be welcomed by her. Hampton is fortunate to have her on staff. Thank you for a good breakfast each morning.
