The hotel is good. At the check-in they put a hold on your card for the full amount & incidentials no problem so far. After the check-out they charged my card again for the full amount so my card is missing twice the full amount. This happened before at this hotel so you won't see me again at this criminal hotel

Ok -- from a Lifetime Diamond w/lots of stays here is my assessment: Location is exceptional and staff is wonderful and very, very helpful. Visit Peter Pour House for a nice beverage and a snack.....lots of other choices by the water within easy walking distance. Hotel itself is in a very tired shape (had lots of issues in my room from broke things, light fixtures falling off in hallway, elevator looked like something exploded in it, and I can go on....). Investments need to be made to move it up to a standard I think is worthy of the price one pays to stay here. I've stayed at all the other Hiltons in the area and this one is in the worst shape of them all...hopefully $$$ will go to turn it into a great place. As the staff and location are already a huge added value..... Wi-Fi fast and a 20/25 min Uber ride to/from the airport. Breakfast ok and a Starbucks a 5-min walk from the front door.

Our first time in Baltimore. We took public transportation from BWI to the hotel. We used the light rail. (Chime app) Short easy walk from drop off to the hotel for $2. Uber is anywhere from $30-50 ride we felt safe. The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is very helpful. Normal Hampton Inn breakfast which is nice not to hunt down food in the morning. The hotel is a great location to the inner harbor and you can easily use the public transportation to get around. $4.60 unlimited per day. We were able to go to Fort McHenry, Italian Village, Ministry of Brewing and Camden Yards all with ease. We would definitely stay in this location again. We feel it was a better fit than staying closer to the ballpark as that seemed to be a very busy area.

From the moment I walked through the front doors of The Hamilton, I was treated with warmth, care, and outstanding attention. Every single interaction, from check-in to returning after lunch, was handled with patience and grace they accommodated every single one of my (many!) requests without hesitation. Special shoutout to Leila and Jay, who were truly a dynamic duo! They were the staff members I worked with the most, and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and stress-free. They even recommended an incredible lunch spot nearby- honestly, it was another five-star experience all on its own. One particularly touching moment was when a woman from the kitchen staff kindly helped me with the back of my dress the morning before my event. That small act of kindness says everything you need to know about the heart of this place. The entire staff was simply wonderful - attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. I can’t recommend The Hamilton enough and will absolutely be coming back!

The valet staff was great! Would visit here again. Ms. Darlene was so friendly, kind, caring, and quick to pull my vehicle around safely. The manager, Malcom, was also present and was smiling and helpful too. 10/10 for this parking staff! Great atmosphere, great staff, great communication on arrival of vehicle!
