The hotel provides a 24-hour multilingual front desk. Cheekie Hut is a poolside bar and grill that serves American cuisine. Guests can also grab a hot beverage at the coffee bar. The Hemingway House is a 13 minutes drive from the property.

This is a wonderful beachside resort, a bit away from downtown. It has a resort sized pool, private balconies for every room, and a 45 minute turn shuttle into downtown Key West. It also has a pool bar with pub grub! The only downside is it’s under the takeoff path for Key West Airport. The rooms are a slightly larger version of the standard Hampton Inn. The vibe is family relaxed.

We had a wonderful vacation week, and Hampton Inn was a big part of it. The room was comfortable, clean, and relatively large, with a nice, definitely spacious bathroom. Breakfast was okay, with some different items every morning. The staff were very helpful. Having the trolley stop right at the front entrance, along with the free shuttle to and from the airport, was a bonus.

Another great stay at one of our faves due to the staff. Princess & Kim will make you feel right at home as they are both ROCK STARS! They seem to face more international tourists than most US hotels & they are to be commended for their patience & great attitudes. For some reason, guests seem to be a bit ruder here @ breakfast & at the pool area. These two handled those issues professionally.. There have been a coupla' changes...parking fees, drink allowances, but this hotel consistently offers a great value in Key West. If Management reads these reviews....take note, these two are "keepers"!

Our 21st visit - nowhere else we would stay at. The pool atmosphere, Cheekie Hut, are the greatest. The help…..everyone kind and always helpful smiling. We are welcomed and hugged every year when we walk in. Had many here that have told us what a wonderful place and will return. The people that work here are the big key.
