Location is great, shuttle is the way to go into Key West, no worries about parking downtown. Pool could use more chairs, they were always in short supply. Breakfast area needs some serious improvements, always out of coffee, creamer, waffle batter and the attendents did not refill unless you pointed it out. They also spoke no english so it was very difficult to make them understand what was missing. Asked for extra towels on the first day, they said they bring them, and nothing. Had to ask again the next day. They charge $15 per night for parking, that is in addition to already a pricy room. Seems like they are just trying to get every $ out of the visitors, but the service is lacking.

All good until last night of stay when the obnoxious shuttle driver, Cleon acted like this was a PAID tour bus. He scrutinized how people wrote their names. Questioning if this was a letter Z and if this was a name or a signature. Also stating that "He runs this ship and if your name is not on the list then you can not get on the shuttle." Yikes... stay here if you must but beware of Cleon, the shuttle bus driver. PS.... Expired elevator inspection certificate November 2023 posted.

My husband and I stayed here for our vacation and we were not disappointed! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and respectful, always willing to help or answer any questions we may have had about the area. Our room was very spacious and clean. Having the balcony was a nice space to have just to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices! You definitely did not disappoint and we would stay there again. We rented a golf cart for our stay, but the resort does offer shuttle that would definitely save you money for parking in town.

We had an incredible stay during the first weekend in Nov. We love they have shuttle not only to/from the airport but also to Malory Square. We selected a pool view room which also got us a view of the ocean - room 232!! Upon arrival the first day, we decided to eat a late lunch at the hotel. We ordered the Cuban Sandwich. It was worth it!! The breakfast buffet was the normal one you find at most hotel. It wasn’t outstanding but it did the job. The room was clean and the bed was soft. The property was very clean especially around the pool. What really set this hotel apart was the friendly staff. The front desk ladies were amazing with all my questions/concerns. I had to have an overnight package sent to me and the staff called me the minute it arrived. I highly recommend this hotel!! Great price for what you get.
